Great food and covid compliant. Service a bit slow handling a table of 8, but we all got our food at the same time. I forgot my jacket and the staff kept it safe for me until I came back for it. Thanks Dros!

Even when they are busy you dont wait too long. Its great for families and sport fans alike. And has a great view.

We enjoyed our time with our family at the restaurant, my food wasnt that great but my brother had a pizza which was really good. I rate them well because the waiter was friendly, the kids had fun making their own pizza and the play area is entertaining enough for them. They also have baby chairs. The bathrooms were clean and they have a baby station and a family parking.

The food was nice, Im just disappointed that I asked for a doggy bag and it never came to the table. When asked where it was, we simply told one of the waiters: sorry, they threw it out. Our main waiter, Zet was very good though.

The waiter was great but what I was more disappointed in was the food. I had higher hopes for the main course and when I ordered a Belgium waffle for dessert, it came out extremely dry and was hard to eat. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because they have a great space for kids and my little ones had a blast.

Service was efficient and our waitress very friendly. Meals where well prepared and presented. Down side there where several large tables that where very noisy in that you could not hold a conversation as a result of the shrieking, shouting and screaming. Disappointed that as a family restaurant the manager did not intervine.

Overall service not on par with expectations. Snail sauce lumpy and floury.Calamari gad been grilled in old oil pan and tasted like eggs. Lemon butter garlic sauce was butter only? Did not bring any lemon with food. No servietts provided with food.

I have ordered a eisbein at Richardsbay Harbour Restaurant ..There was so much hair on the eisbein that I could not cut it away without destroying the whole meal.I feel it is disgusting to serve a meal like that to someone ..That was the worst food i have ever seen coming out of a kitchen and they expect you to eat it as if nothing is wrong

Very bad service we were hosting a babyshower, we were bit late (30minutes) coz we were travelling from Pietermaritzburg..the waiter literally chased us out because there were other people who had booked...im very disgusted by the waiters attitude...im never going there again
