Definitely do not use their service for Covid testing if you are travelling, they are extremely slow to respond, and you can never reach them when calling. We unfortunately did not receive our vouchers in time to get tested so had to go elsewhere even though we had paid upfront as part of the package deal with Travelstart (also dont use their services either, very low quality service and response times). The Lancet drop in service at most hospitals is the way to go.
