I have used the Rescue hemp lotion and am very impressed. No longer dry skin during this winter. My skin feels babysoft. I love it. Been using it for a month now.

Tersia and I are in the Eagles Chapter of BNI together so when she presented about 6 weeks ago she announced that she was staring a 30 day Lifestyle challenge using her products. I have been battling to get back to a healthy way of eating and was getting more and more desperate. I chatted to my husband and we decided to do the challenge together.We started without having all the products we needed but this did not deter us. We did have some Lifestyle shake on hand and commenced with the plan. It was quite an exercise getting both of us weighed, measured and photographed. Being accountable to someone every week is just what we needed to help us keep us focused We have a shake every morning and Mark takes an additional one to work. I found the 1st week hard as I had headaches as I detoxed but getting into the eating plan and feeling better soon came.Tersia’s regular tips and encouragement via WhatsApp were invaluable and we funnily enough looked forward to weighing and measuring every Thursday. We are both down in weight. I lost more centimetres but Mark lost more weight.
