Dickinson Marketing is your typical over-the-counter specialist hardware shop. They have a great array of industrial supplies like rubber belting, which you will struggle to procure elsewhere. The access to the premises and the parking leave a lot to be desired. The indifferent service is standard in these type of shops, so it wasnt totally offensive. I saw no obvious public toilets, which is totally acceptable. I guess they have a captive market, and they know it, so being friendlier, while it wont cost them anything, probably wont garner any additional market share either.

Dont expect prompt service. Over the counter sales take forever. The salesman at the counter is in no hurry to help you.
