What couriers truly deliver on time every time? They are on the road and we all know how the roads in SA are...give them some slag... Be happy you get your parcels safe and sound.

Im giving 4 due to my previous experience, this time they were not great. Im giving them benefit of doubt this time round.

Would rather have taken the time off work and rented a car to get this delivered honestly, never will i use the courier guy again.cant even get a hold of them and when you do they cut the call, great customer service :)Another event ruined because courier guy didnt deliver within their promised times.

Nice to see they use strict covid regulations. Prices are ridiculously low and service is as good as you would expect from paying more. Great work, keep it up.

At R55 for a counter to door delivery from Richards Bay to Durban delivered next day is an exceptional service considering distance and tolls. Staff are friendly. Paperwork does take a bit of time to complete especially if there is a queue due to covid protocols being observed

Terrible customer service and unhelpful call staff and manager.instead of offering an alternative you just push customers away, im sure your head office would be pleased to hear how they refuse customer satisfaction.

The staff needs to be a bit more friendly. Had to drop a parcel off of 20 kg. No one opened the door for me. Had to struggle to get the parcel from my car to the inside of the shop.

I have been using their services for a long time and lately they have been giving such POOR service. From sending you an inaccurate statements to not collecting your parcel. And they dont bother apologising nor explaining. Its a pity, theres not much alternatives in Richards Bay.Im getting fed up with them. The office staff including the manager can be more friendly. So pathetic!!! Very upset customer!!!

Your package either dissapears or its broken, and they just pretend nothing happens if you email them, they dont even say sorry.NOT reliable at all! On the package its stands there fragile and yet they will throw it around like rugby ball.Can shops/ businesses please stop supporting this courier service! They not good at all. And I mean every single courier guy company!

Very bad experience, had to cancel and drove to Johannesburg to fetch my stuff. How do we in Richardsbay have a Overnight Express that takes three days. When clients arrive there the two ladies at the front desk sent customers away to send them emails. Cannot complain about poor service as there is none!

Ladies working there are very unhelpful an slow an delayed an they only only 2 people inside at a time expecting a mother to make her children stand outside alone

Most of the time you have to stand outside for more than 40 minutes

Empangeni Branch has for the second time delivered my parcel to someone on the opposite side of town. Delivery addresses mean nothing to them.

Absolutely the worst service ever!!!My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, 100 kms away. I have tried contacting the offices for a month, with no assistance from any managers or staff, just ARROGANCE!!!!!!! Brenden and Pam from the local branch are blatantly rude when questioned about protocols. The company does not offer any support or sympathy when they are in the wrong. Requested a refund or replacement of the product but still waiting for feedback 30 days later...........The promise to the customers was to provide the best service in the market, provide safe and efficient goods delivery & to be passionate about the industry whilst establishing close relationships with clients .How this whole matter has been handled is not inline with the above!!!!!!!! and legal actions will be taken.

Terrible service, totally ignored, slow service, the girl in the front acted as if I wasnt there and continued to talk to her friend about CBD oils and such. Then when she finally helped me she was very slow and didnt smile at all. Not going there again. EVER.POSTNET is better and I get a smile and how are you from them, and maybe even a chat.
