When you have a problem with expired stock. Manager does not care and make it your fault that they selling stock that has expired. Refused to assist me Evan provided a slip not Evan a day old.

Ladies at the till can come off as passive aggressive and rude sometimes. The isles arent spaced properly apart; especially where there is columns which can become a nuisance when it gets busy. However the main issue is the prices and the so called mistakes on prices especially specials: Always check your till slip!Ps. Added 2 fotos of prices of Ground Beef Mix (only 60% beef which means you actually pay R126 p/kg because the other 40% is water, soy and spice. I accidentally took this, I was under the impression it was actual Ground Beef) and just across the street at the Spar 500m away I bought Sirloin steaks the same day for less than R100 p/kg. At least the produce is always fresh.

Open times says 8:00. Phoned the store, lady said they are open. But at 8:20 we were still standing in front of closed doors.

Thanks Pick n Pay supermarket for selling me an expired Turkey. Well done! Three hours to drive and do my Christmas shopping, only to find out on Christmas day our Turkey is expired. What is more frustrating is the merchandiser weighed the Turkey and informed me the stock had just come in.

Store is very well maintained and has a wide variety for a small PicknPay.The way they keep their frozen foods is perfect, other supermarkets need to take of that, they have proper separation between seafood, vegetables etc.Keep it up guys.

Well organized and clean. However dont buy any frozen staff. You shop in ~ 15 minutes and than spend half an hour on the till. Everything frozen will meld.

This is my neighborhood, this is where I shop, most of the time this PNP has everything I need and then some BUT open all the cashiers, the queues are ridiculous. The same counts for the bottle store.

Only 3 cashiers open on a busy Wednesday evening. Queues were heading down the aisle. Not a manager to be found either. Very disappointing... Spar ended up being much better.

While the store contents are good, the manager / owner appears to like to save money by allowing long queues and non active till points. A number of times the service has been so slow that I have abandoned my trolley (including frozen items) and walked out.I shop here because I have to, not because it is a great store. Personally I find the Mtubatuba store a far better option although the range and quantity of upmarket items ( such a Brie & Camembert cheese) is far narrower.
