Bad service , rude representation. Upon collecting my vehicle would not accept my wifes credit card , I had to go and come back with cash. They said they would e.mail my contract which I never received, had to go back again and asked them to print it. Never ever if I can help it will I deal with Avis again. After delivering my vehicle I asked for a lift home , they refused I then had to walk 5km home , Im 65 and couldnt believe their attitude.
