We purchased a baby bath yesterday and when we opened it up it was infested with cockroaches. We are disgusted and disappointed, this is just unacceptable. We will probably have to have to fumigate our entire house due to thisI am impressed by how fast the baby boom team resolved the matter. A new unit was sent to me within a few days. Staff were polite.
