I took my car in for a service, so i put my dashcam on record and what i saw in that workshop is quite interesting. They throw the clipboard theyre using on your windshield and engine bay. The operate the vehicle in the workshop (move it around) with the bonnet (hood) completely open which can easily result in the bonnet falling and damaging my car. The workshop is also very crowded. They dont have lifts to lift the car up completely and inspect the underside of the car professionally. They jack the car up and place 4 jack stands underneath. In my opinion that isnt a full service. They cant really evaluate what is really wrong with your car.I would advise you to go to another company. Their prices might be tempting at first, but as soon as the parts/repairs come, they start marking up their prices. Scummy as f*ck.

Took my perfectly running car for service and came back with engine and radiator problems just ONE day after service. An absolute joke.

Worst car repair company! Only want to your money.Did my car repairs after minor accident: after repairs took my car back to complain about oil drip after I asked them twice to check it. STILL could not pick up problem (SAID ALL OK), When I went to someone else identified it as engine oil seal that was leaking. Did bumper repair: When inspected they only patched where as they told me they replaced and properly repaired. When I went to panel beaters- I got shown that nothing was done only cover up. This is the reason why by bonnet and car exterior were not lining up- they gave me million other excuses.They broke my car door handle as well. Poor workmanship.Phone always : Too busy to take your call as well1

The problem there, is the receptionist she get anointed by people who ask questions when you not sure about their service she is very very rude I am a sales Consultant I know when a person threat a customer badly she is worst she is chasing customers away but the Boss lady is good.

Took a car in for service, next thing Radio fault....and they deny touching radio , but it was working just fine before them

They promised to fix the fault in my car and i had to pay for it fully.....only to find that my car is kept in their storage and the fault is still there😓

Very Bad Workmanship, The car went in to change the water pump and we got the car back 11 weeks later, YES 11 WEEKS!!! with endless problems, so bad that the car doesnt even ride. In the 11 weeks they bend the valves twice and then had to send the car to another place to fix it and put the timing in because the mechanics there are not capable to do it. They broke the radiator and broke all the clips that hold the wheel arch cover on both sides, they broke the aircon, the broke the radio, the boot brake light and wiper and reverse light doesnt work any more, and now the owner Riaan Cronje recon he will not fix it because he did not work on it. There was nothing wrong with the car before they start working on the car. 😤😤😤

These guys are scammers. Paid R35000 to fix my car and the car broke down 10 meters from their shop. Car was exactly the same condition as when it was sent IN. They wanted more money to try and fix it again. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ONLY WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

-I would give three stars because the management is qualified but there are the following problems.You bring the car and reception calls you to ask if they can carry out some extra repairs but it should be a technician calling, I stopped going to VW garage for the same reason,- I had to change one tyre and when I tried to release the holding bolts they were tightened so hard that I succeeded to release only one. Even at the tyre shop they battled to release the others, it means no proper training of the value auto care personnel. and if even that cannot be achieved VAC is a no go

Excellent service, they litterally check everything and sugguest good options and assistance with needed repairs. I always leeve there a happy camper after a service on my Mini.
