AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Firstly it took them almost 4 weeks to do 10 - 15 days worth of repairs on my vehicle then They popped my brand new tyre and tried to say I had brought in a tyre with a leak however if I had it wouldve been noted down during the initial inspection when I first brought it in for repairs. Then they said they would patch my tyre however they decided to put in an old tyre with a dirty and rusted rim with bolts missing. This was clearly not my tyre or rim. I have yet to receive my tyre and rim back. Absolute garbage!!!!

It took them 2 months to fix my car, my battery was stolen and replaced by an old one. without telling me. i wil never use themyou get an update via WhatsApp.how unprofessional is that

Really never understood how my car spent 3 weeks with them and they ddnt not see the problem only to see the problem 2 minutes into my driving the car. The management apparently has to do more

Went there today with my car , they wanted R450 for a visual qoutation , I see they all drive top end Mercs , they will NEVER see me again......!!I had to click one star above before I can submit this post , they do not even deserve half a star , more of a dissastar !!

Complete opposite of what customer service should be, were suprised when I came to drop my car after making and confirming the appointment with them. Refused to give me a lift back then kept my car for 3 days gave it back with some rubbish excuse that they can not repair. It’s shameful that such companies continue to make money with complete disregard for customer service, that’s what a lack of humanity and competition leads to I guess

Absolutely disgusted by the service. R450 for a quotation and the guys never bother to call afterwards. This is a real shame. Only if our insurance companies knew!

Terrible and extremely poor customer service insurance companies are short changing us by using this panelbeaters, they are shrewd and non-delivering, my car was half repaired and they showed me a photo shopped photo..how vain is that..pathetic

The worst service of my life... I was made to wait for a part. Then told my car manufacturer has discontinued making the part. I then went to the manufacturer myself.. found the part the same day. That I was made to wait for 4 weeks. If they tell you about some part being on back order make sure you call the manufacturer yourself. I wont recommend them to anyone.
