I bought my entire tiles here. And I was very happy. But now I want to exchange something and i cant just because of it is a laybye. But i bought cash the whole time and i was allowed to exchange but now with a laybye Im not allowed to exchange. Whats the difference? Am I not the same as the people who buys cash. Im very very angry bcos now im losing a R1000 as a single mother who is no longer working.
