After seeing a post in a group we were excited to purchase a bed after paying a deposit and asking for a bed with strong support structures. What we saw and what was delivered was a sad misrepresentation. Pop rivets that fell out and holes everywhere. Untidy welding and wood that was not varnished well or even neatly finished off as per advertisement. After discussing this with the suppliers it was agreed that they would replace said bed. But a week later nothing but more excuses. To then they said a refund would take place but again to no prevail and and having us contact again with only half a refund taking place with again no further communication other then seeing on their pages all the deliveries for other clients taking place.They do not believe in customer satisfaction and only getting their money and inferior products out as soon as possible as well as their follow up service and customer service being extremely bad.Will not recommend these people to anyone unfortunately.
