The Green Way Solar have been my “back-up power” go to people for a number of years. When I moved into my new home, they persuaded me to get a fully integrated system wired into the house’s DB. Now I don’t even know when there is load shedding. Everything, except the oven and my geyser, are powered by a 5KW SMA Sunny Island. I feel safe and secure in my home and no longer dread load shedding.The team are personable, presentable and consummate professionals. They work hard, with grit and determination, to get things right. These guys deliver what they promise and provide great service. Jonathan and the team go the extra mile and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with another solar provider who had no clue how to install a system nor any customer service ethic. Despite several attempts to resolve this other company failed miserably. I made contact with Richard and to my surprise he offered to review my system to give guidance. It wasnt about cost or that they didnt install the system. They were willing to help. Now thats great service. It gets even better. We gave The Green Way Solar our wish list and budget. They exceeded all our expectations regarding price and product. They were always there to answer our phone calls day or night. They pay attention to detail and work cleanly. Their staff are friendly and even played with our dogs when they were on-site! Going the extra mile does not even begin to explain the service we received. We first installed a solar system at our offices some two years ago. There has not been a day when the system does not work when required - our staff can continue to work without any problems. We then installed a battery back-up system at our home some six months ago. With the power off for 20 hours yesterday, 25 Sept, the batteries lasted the entire period (I thought we purchased the back up to last for eight hours). Boy, was I impressed. Im loving it!!

Our lives have changed for the better since installing our Green Way solar system 6 months ago. We had serious concerns about security issues as ongoing power cuts caused major damage to our camera system, alarm system, gate and intercom and made our lives hell.The Green Way Solar gave us exactly what we wanted and has been at hand constantly to sort out teething problems, and we now have peace of mind that we are in control of our power supply, and not Eskom.We got several quotes and this system is not only well priced, but as it is compact, we did not need a lot of space for the installation.I whole-heartedly recommend this company for excellent service and products.

The Greenway solar team made my conversion to solar seamless and without hassle. Richard and his team are very professional and completed all work in the planned time agreed to. Innocence, the electrician was extremely polite and professional. The work is done without being intrusive and our home was left neat and tidy after each day. We have been working with The Green Way Solar for the nearly two years with our initial solar installation. We live on a private game reserve and are off-grid. Our initial power supply was a diesel generator with battery backup.We have worked with Richard Douglas, a director at Greenway, for the planning, design and installation of our addition of solar making our system a real hybrid off-grid power supply.
