Very hard to be objective here - the rating is for the building, staff and facilities. Quite an awesome place. The service offering, on the other hand, is super expensive and a lot of repeats. A change in the business model is very much needed. I hope this ship doesnt sink.

Multichoice City is the head office of DStv services and its one of the best offices in South Africa. It has a great building and discounted canteen for all its employees, contractors and others. The whole area around this building is for DStv services where either its broadcasting station, CEO office, video shooting, editing or sports arena. Its worth your visit if you know someone in the company. Thanks

Beautiful work space.

I would say that this is one of the most advance but yet very friendly office space I have ever seen, its so colorful and looks like a playground(casual) but not in an overwhelming and yet there is also that space if you want something more formal do that and have meetings there.I like the cafeteria/canteen there they have very good meals at a good price and it accommodates everyone in terms of the food that they offer from starters to deserts.

Palesa worst customer service manager ever cannot even report my matter to superiors after 2escalations and payment . Its quite shocking when multichoice cannot resolve issues and depending on machines to do everything. Streaming is the way to go and have full control of your service and money. Will post new methods if no response in 24 hours.....Watch this space

Pathetic, to say the least. Cancelled Subscription Oct 2018 and kept Boxoffice which I used multiple times thereafter topping it up. Now that service is not available anymore and Multichoice conveniently cant refund or allocate the balances to my new Profile. Always stories, always system errors. Well guess I just made a donation to their Schemes. Be Carefull before joining them. Quick to take your money but unwilling to assist with their own queries.

Nice building-pity about the service. Useless to say the least. Called and got the run around several times-told it was my dish. Had their suggested technician come and repair and eventually replace dish-then had the at same problem with 3 of my decoders.Took them back to find out that the card was “worn out”? It’s been inside the machine since inception. Took all three back and eventually all were swapped out to still experience the same issue? Pay for 3 premium packages and it still doesn’t work!

I went there to fetch my husband after being pressured to sign documents regarding the Voluntary Serverance Package,thats the reason I hated being there,nd that theyve robbed their employees fat out.Otherwise the premises are state of thee art,as for people who worked there were not friendly at all.

Im sure a lot of hard work goes on in the northern building(where all the satellite dishes are to be seen on the roof).The southern building, with the architecture which looks like nobody could choose between the International Style or New Brutalism, looks lite when it comes to the concept of working. Employees are perpetually hanging around in groups outside to smoke, and the amount of traffic on the walkway is very high, no matter what the time of day.Im not criticising the concept of the walkway, which is salutary, but rather the USE to which it is put. Multichoice employees, that is a way to get from building to building, not a chill-out room.

Its a massive building but the reception people who work there knock off at 5pm ... how does that help when Multichoice says in a text you can ask for the info you need at the reception - but no such assistance is available at that reception even at 6pm....
