TZD Photography is the best. You get value for money you paid for. Our first visit was in 2017 and since then weve never looked for other photographer. We went for a cake smash recently and it was a wowwwww. The photos are of high quality and beautiful making it difficult to choose the best ones. Zelda thank you very much for making our lifetime family memories beautiful ever.

Zelda was absolutely amazing from the booking to the actual photoshoot. She was very kind and warm - we had fun in her studio.My toddler was a bit difficult to work with but Zelda did her best to ensure that we get good pictures of him. The quality of the images is also excellent - I highly recommend her

Zelda was very welcoming and professional. From the day I made the booking, all emails and enquiries were responded to promptly. We had never done a photoshoot before so we were a bit nervous but she made sure we were comfortable. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous.

What an amazing experience! We were so confused about what to do for our little ones first birthday and last minute planning led us to Zelda.She was very welcoming and my daughter instantly took a liking to her making the photoshoot so much fun and a breeze. We did a cake smash and she encouraged us to go crazy with our little one and even went as far as joining in on the madness just to get a smile out of her.The pictures turned out beautifully and were worth every cent. Zelda was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Im also not sure why there are negative reviews. She was very friendly and handled the shoot proper with the utmost care and she also tried her level best to bring creativity in terms of pose one can take.She promise that since we took the photoshoot before closing for festive season, she will deliver our photos 2 weeks after she reopen of which she did that exactly. She also showed us all our photos and we manage to delete what we dont want. It was a very fantastic experience and will definitely be heading back for further shoots.

Great experience. Theo was the photographer for our family photoshoot and was extremely genial and easy to work with. The studio is not as they want in the end but was perfectly good for our wants.The end result DVD is superb quality and should result in great printed copies that we have paid for and will order soon.The administration and office side were extremely efficient. Zelda took care of that.Not inexpensive, but no studio can be today.

One Star is for having fun during photoshoot...But believe me service after that was a hell. If you want to get your pictures still being happy,Dont believe everything that Zelda promise before the shooting.and make sure you get all the facts right before even paying.if you are late and but still have enough time from the time you bought or paid for, she will not tell you before hand that for your late coming irrespective of the time that you still have you will pay R300 fine, you will only find out when you need your photos . No R300 No Photos.Oh and they dont reserve time to view your photos and choose what you want, I had to ask for that and suddenly because I didnt take extra photos after that , that is were the problem started.and I was told photos takes 2 to 3 weeks to be ready on a disc.unlike other professional photographers were you get your photos same day within hours. TZD Photographers had a great Daddys deal but I shouldnt have ignored negative reviews.

TZD Photography and/or Zelda dont even deserve a rating of 1 for the unprofessional service. The lady is so rude!I bought on online photoshoot deal and made a booking which she (Zelda) confirmed via email with details. The day before my appointment I emailed her my ideas for the shoot and, amongst other things, stated that i am not able to travel in my maternity shoot attire and will arrive early to change before my 12h00 slot. Regardless, she advised I arrive in my shoot attire in order not to waste my 60 minutes time for the shoot. I called her again at 8h51 this morning to check whether she was not affected by electricity outages, confirm my appointment, and highlight to her Ill be arriving before my slot so that I can change to my pregnancy belly revealing attire which is appropriate for the shoot and not appropriate to travel in.I arrived at the premises at 11h21 and called her that I was at the gate. When she answered the call she told me Im too early and she is busy and will only help me at 12h00. I was shocked by this as I had notified her that Ill be early and I was not expecting to be starting the shoot at 11h21 but only 12h00, and waiting was not an issue for me.She eventually opened the gate, and I drove in and parked on the driveway. I sat there with my partner, no one came to even acknowledge that theyve noticed our arrival. The house was locked with no visible sign of reception for shoots or any movement. I sat there until 11h40 and was concerned that I should be now changing for my 12h00 shoot. My partner and I got out of the car and went around the house trying to look for an open entrance or someone to enquire of the procedure or show me the change room whilst she was finishing with whatever she is busy with.There was no sign of movement, nor a person. We went back in the car and at 11h45 I called her to ask to change clothes - she was shouting on the phone that she doesnt have time to waste, my appointment is at 12h00 and will not attend to me untill 12h00. From outside in the car where we were waiting, we could now hear her screaming voice coming from inside the house , it was pointless to even use a phone as she was shouting out loud from the house.We sat there confused about this reception, eventually before 11h55 she opened the front door and shouted come in, with no greetings or any acknowledgements or introductions what-so-ever. It was like she is calling a dog to come.I responded asking her with a calm tone why she is giving us bad reception/welcome. She responded shouting saying that the place is her private residence, theres no waiting area, and she has no time to waste. I asked her to lower her voice and treat me like a fare-paying customer and not like I was asking for a favour. She went on shouting and telling me she has a thousand clients to get back to. She continued shouting and I told her to go back to her clients and asked for a refund. She told me she had not received the money from Daddys deals, i will have to contact daddys deals for a refund.She went in the house, after a minute or so (as I searched for daddys deals contact number) came back with a lower tone asking me to go in for the shoot. I emphasized to her that this is my pregnancy photoshoot to capture a great life event and considering how we have already started it would be the worst shoot, how would I be engaged and happily posing after all that. She bragged about the quality of the output and I emphaside to her its useless producing quality pictures when you have the worst customer care.This lady, Zelda and the company TZD, has very bad customer care, I would never recommend them to anyone. She is unprofessional and rude. I am 34 weeks pregnant and she has wasted my time and resources to travel to her premises to be treated like I was asking for favours. Now I must search and plan again for a photoshoot which I dont know when they will be able to accommodate me considering my due date.

I would like to preface this review with the fact that it took us 48 seconds to pick up our photos. To be afforded this privilege required a booking.To their defence. There is a disclaimer somewhere in their pics are ready email that states that bookings must be made to pick pictures up.That said, in this day and age of digital and clever apps, I worry for businesses that place unnecessary burdens on their customers for their own convenience.The photoshoot itself was fine. I just implore the business owners to try to iron out any unpleasant customer experiences as part of ongoing business improvement initiatives.Edit: it took almost two months time to get the final pics. That makes the treatment and hostility around picking the pictures up a lot less acceptable.

Extremely disappointed.Bought a voucher for a friend but could not use it until it expired because calls were being ignored.I would appreciate some kind of response please because I used my hard earned money to buy that voucher.
