I gave this place a chance twice in order to support small businesses. But it ended up being an administrative nightmare. Wasnt informed about change in address despite booking appointment and they gave a flimsy excuse as to why they hadnt updated the customers. They dont answer their sources of contact (whatsapp) regularly and the second appointment, they changed my appointment time less than an hour while I was headed to their premises.Onto the service (lashes) given, the quality of the lady on hand is not great and I had to ask for them to redo it. Lashes started falling out on the day of despite following the usual lash guidelines.Second time, it was mildly better but stylistically, they hadnt change the type of lashes offered and the lashes werent consistently applied to both eyes. Began falling out as soon as I got to the car.

Wasted my time. Was not called to inform me they running late. Additionally, the dont answer the phone.Not going to speak of the non-adherence to lockdown regulations.

I love doing my nails at Aneno. My nails are stronger and have grown so much. The nail technicians are very creative and professional

Prices so over the top! I ended up paying R890+ for my mani and pedi. On their site I booked with a friend and we expected to spend a maximum R600 each based on their quotation. That was my biggest let downer I must say.Staff is relatively friendly if youre friendly as a customer.My friends appointment started a whole 35minutes after mine, while we had booked for the same time.The lady working on me was sweet though. I still have my nails and going strong so her work is really good.Ill give it a 2 today. Maybe in time, oneday when I visit again, I will tell a different story.Best regards!Yolly

I bought the body butter it smells really amazing but it Dries up so quickly. Had to add my own oil to make it a bit better for my skin. I think it’s not worth it for the amount we are being charged.... 😒 basically buying the name not a body butter.

Very satisfied with the service. I do my nails with Nketsi, she never disappounts. The nail twchs are very friendly. Rumbi is such a vibe!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at ANENOAll the way from Pretoria. Just to be mutilated? I did myNails with the lady who was sitting on the first chair just near the counter, it was on the 9th December 2020.I was so excited, my first manicure since I was born.I left Pretoria nail technicians hoping for the best, but truly speaking some of the nail technicians at ANENO are not professional as expected.The whole process was so painful and I thought thats how it should be since it was my first experience.I asked the lady how long should I wear the nails and she said three to four weeks.I got a shock of my life when I removed the artificial nails, I was actually mutilated, as I speak my nails are broken in halves and, its so painful. Im trying to understand how did the lady managed to mutilate me so?DID I really pay R380 JUST to be mutilated, will I ever get my nails back? 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I will never ever sat my foot in that salon and will not encourage someone to go through the pain I experienced.MPOOME & BRENDONPLEASE BE CAREFUL OF WHOM YOU ARE HIRING !!!I went there expecting the bestBut yoh ke SWABILE....

THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT LOCATION - YOU WILL END UP IN PARKHURST, NOT MELVILLE.My second visit to the nail bar and was appalled by the service my friends and I got. We arrived for our 13:00 appointment on time only to be told our appointment was not appearing on their side (see sms screenshot).We waited an hour and a half to get gelish toes done. Was only asked 2 hours into our arrival if we wanted anything to drink.The toilet is in a bad state.Mpoomy needs to come visit her business on a regular basis. Its scary how its being operated.Im done. Last visit, thank you very much.

What an amazing experience!! After a long time of looking here, there and everywhere for some place that knew what was potting with an afro, I can finally say Aneno Beauty is the place.Firstly, my appointment was honoured and I didnt have to just sit around because my stylist was busy with someone else. The salon is clean and neat and very welcoming, no scraggly hair on the floor and random towels.Secondly, I had a lovely lady treat me, her name is Audrey-ask for her- do my hair, she knew exactly what she was doing, started with a detangle then a relaxing wash with massage. She did not apply any heat nor give me any impression that my hair was ungovernable at any point. She then proceeded to braid my hair in the most neatly fashion. She was cordial and not overly familiar, efficient and best of all gentle. No tugging and pulling of my hair- which was confirmed by my good nights rest without the folded arm support.Thirdly products used were natural and superior quality, my hair was dried with a velvet towel. After she was done with my hair she moussed it and placed a satin durag over to protect my hair.I am over the moon with my overall experience from Aneno and highly recommend it. My fro has found a loving home :-)

I can only wish to go to this amazing nail bar. I was interested in their natural hair salon but sadly my student budget doesnt allow to go. My first visit was amazing. This will be my new go-to place for my nails from now onwards. I love how meticulous they are with doing your nails, Joyce really did a brilliant job with my nails and even gave me advice on how to take better nails of my nails and hands.Side note: Anyone planning on visiting this place SHOULD NOT USE Google Maps to take them there, you will land up in Parkhurst and not Melville. Google Maps has the wrong location.

Booked my appointment and arrived about 10min late due to unforseen circumstances. I was turned away (as if it takes 10 minutes to do nails). Joyce seems to be the one in demand but she has so much pride. The owner has absolutely no curtacy. Well I was only going to do my nails as usual but they prioritized a client who was coming to do nails and make up.

I dont think my afro hair was handled properly, the conditioning of my hair wasnt done properly and there is nothing called detangling of hair afterwards. I went on to plait my hair and hair wax was applied on my hair which gave my hair a scraffy gel like look that I had to try and remove the following day. Wouldnt advice people with natural hair to visit the place.

I love the professionalism from the stuff, the variety of colors to choose from, they dont buff the nails which is great, their music selection is 100z Im always singing along , I enjoy the environment and tranquility in their salon, very versatile and willing to try new things

Booked an appointment a week before and I was booked with Joyce the lady in demand I got there today 20mins before the appointment was told by the lady at reception that I was just booked for Gel and they cannot assist... While I booked for GelTips the lady was even laughing at me which made me get frustrated I decided to leave and not force things. So unprofessional, pathetic service!
