A nice complex

Villa Massimo is run by Bergentash Properties who now go by the name The Living Room because of all the bad reviews they receive online. They are a bunch of crooks. They refuse to bring back deposits, on several occasions our complex (Villa Massimo) didn’t have electricity for days at a time because the owner owed (still does) the municipality almost a million Rand. The complex is always dirty because there’s literally only ONE CLEANER FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. Cars have gotten stolen in the complex (Villa Massimo) because of lack of security. Oh and let’s not forget how RUDE their employees (especially DORA HLUNGU) are, plus they barely ever respond. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!

The apartment my colleagues and I viewed was terrible. The wardrobe bases were broken, the balcony was barely big enough for a chair, there were cigarette buds EVERYWHERE on the outside of the ground floor unit, but the worst was yet to come. We spoke to a tenant to query average utility costs, she informed us that 2 vehicles had been stolen on the property and tenants had had their apartments broken into, not to mention the entire complex has only one security guard who stays seated at the gate and barely asked for any reference before letting us onto the property.

Been renting for one month now not happy at all as the electricity is prepaid and it keeps tripping on the outside box u phone them as no one has the keys for that box and the reply is no sorry im at home now cant do nothing only tommorow. I work at spar come home after a 12hour shift and come to darkness its the 2nd time now but they dont care as they comfortable in their homes so stuff the rest ..Better to give Notice as I cant carry on like this never 3weeks ago no power in the complex for the whole week end!!!! No ridiculous really

Clean and well maintained grounds, with ample visitors parking. However, maintenance is not covered by landlord even if its wear and tear! Rent has unpredictable inconsistencies, with no real explanation as to why...
