Terrible scheme. Been a member for 15+ years and always a battle when authorization is needed for a procedure. Recently needed an in hospital dental procedure for my 10 year old and they declined it saying it must be done out of hospital under conscious sedation, absolutely heartless scheme that dont care about their members, all they care about is getting their premiums every month. Needless to say I will be moving over to Discovery as soon as I can, cannot wait to leave this medical aid.

Ive Been a member for years with this Medical Aid, firstly im Happy with the GP Visits - However we are in the Middle of a Pandemic - where we have to get tested for COVID ( Referred by Network GPS to have the Tests done) and being told that I have to pay for the Covid testing because I tested Negative... what do I pay Medical Aid for? I have Colleagues who have had all the testing being covered regardless of it being Negative... (With other Medical Aids). So we are just to have Money Lying around just incase the medical aid doesnt seem fit to support us. I have followed the correct procedures and I pay a hefty contribution for me and my family each and every month for testing contribution to be rejected.... SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS MEDICAL AID AND THEIR NON SUPPORT DURING THIS PANDEMIC

Absolutely impossible app. I use my password and 3 times told it was incorrect. Now I am locked out and no matter what I do cannot open it

I have never received worse service! This medical aid doesnt pay they just take. If you are on a lower plan you are a nobody to moto health!

I dont have any complaints with moto health care. Its just a pity I cannot stay on this medical aid because I wont be able to afford it

Went form Motohealth to another medical aid at the 1st of Aug. I gave them a months notice that was on the 1st of July and still they deducted an extra premium for the month of Aug.

Im a service provider. Mailed my web-registration to them two months ago, no response. Phoned them numerous times, no response. Submitted claims two months ago, no response. Can just image the service they provide their members, if this is the kind of service the service providers get!

Brilliant, excellent, and undoubtedly the best service i have ever received! You guys and ur day to day R1000 claims do not see the value these guys give....dont be so quick to complain until u understand ur terms of use.....I have been blessed to have these guys in my life, saved my daughters life more than once.....best medical aid I have ever come across bar none. So grateful.

What a ripoff. A lot of money for half a service.

Ive been a member of Motohealth for the past 23 years since the days of Mimed. Afraid the service this last 5 - 10 years declined to the state of PATHETIC to say the least. My previous negotiations in order to get hearing aid approved was met by so much resistance its just not true. Trying to get an earlier release on prescribed medicine because of a trip to London was met with a blatant NO.
