Very friendly staff at the Bottle store and the pick n pay sells boerie rolls for R 20.. You can pay for them at the bottle store.. Brilliant service

The worst store that I have ever been to. No idea of customer service, rude and disrespectful staff. Over charged me for products that were on special. However the branch manager was understand. Regards Bradley Naidoo.

The store is convenient, I guess. Its not the largest Pick n Pay by any means, but, sufficient. Well stocked, house-keeping can get some attention though. Just the general layout can also get some upgrading. The staff are generally good too, but, nothing to wow customers.

Some pretty good deals with smart shopper. However does lack some variety in certain ailes.

I found the attitude and customer service of the management staff at the store to leave a lot To be desired. They do not take responsibility for what going on in their store.On Tuesday I had an incident were a customer refused to observe social distancing in their store. I requested manager to address the issue. All he did was use the intercom customer must observe social distancing the customer continued to disregard the message. I asked the manager is this all hes going to do about the situation. He told me YES he could not speak to the customer. I asked him to call the store security, he refused. He didnt have a name tag and refused to give me his name. I thought according to the the law its a stores responsibility to make sure their customers adhere to covid 19 rules and regulations.I was disappointed as I had to deal with the issue on my own as a customer.

Decent convenience store, though rather lacking some regular products for a store its size. Some items are only available in the smaller size and not the regular size. The store is neat and clean however.

Absolutely dread going here. The queues are always long, theres NOBODY to assist you, and its just am awful experience, time and time again.

Super clean and small PnP, freshly baked products every day, the meat shelves are mostly tidy and packed neatly. Efficient services for Bottles delivery. If you dont want an overcrowded grocery shopping store, do yourself a favour and come here

Great pick n pay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The stock every thing you would expect from a grocery store and they have some great specials.

Was at the store during my lunch time yesterday. No trolley wipes, sanitizer bottle stood on the floor. When are you actually going to get the message, Covid 19 is no joke!Pricing of goods is pathetic, no prices on shelves, prices incorrect. Please guys you can do better!

Great special but very busy between peak hours. Queue can lead into aisles at times, however the service is friendly and extremely helpful.

Always a pleasure shopping in this centre plus there is now a new amazing butchery and an amazing budget charity shop if you are looking for great books at cheap prices.Pharmacy at the centre is also amazing .

To be honsest, I really do no shop at Pic n Pays and much rather prefer a Spar or Checkers. But this Pic n Pay is absolutely brilliant. Clean, well managed, the layout is great and friendly staff. Some great specials as well!A must visit if you are in this centre. Great fast and effecient experience.

Not my usual p&p, but got most that I wanted to buy

Its a great place with a lot of good produce and a wide variety of products but people at the counter often tend to get confused when ordering something from out side and needing to pay inside .Trying to explain something to them with out even getting a chance to speak .

Basic pnp had what you need

Its okay but the queue was long had only 1 casher it took me 10 on the queue just to pay a pie and juice

They are atleast open longer than the one in Nortgate centre which has the worst trading hours. And the quess are shorter also, will rather drive a bit further to this one.

Not great. I certainly wont go back there. The shelves are empty, there are products all over the floor that needs to be unpacked and the staff are standing chatting to each other rather than packing shelves.

Extremely unfriendly staff, no customer service, they will just walk into you, squish past you without making you walk first or apologizing. There is no social distancing. And the que for the less than 10 itens, always take extremely long, people often have more than 10 items, and the lotto shares the same que, so it is always jammed. I hate this PnP.

Convenient and fast in and out to get what you need. Nicely stocked liquor store and a clothing store nearby too.

Liquor store a bit slow and not storing all tonic options on the floor and have to get them each time from the main shop. Service slow most of the days had only one with 3 tills opened

Clean and tidy. Google states that one can renew your car registration at PnP but this is false.
