What a terrible company with poor service delivery. They do not provide relevant information, they are unethical and unprofessional. Nobody wants to be accountable for anything. Your account will be debited no matter how much you may try to stop it. The representatives are rude and will do nothing to resolve the problem. If you ask questions they cut the call short. What a terrible experience... This is one company this never misses an opportunity to disrespect its clients... They willingly provide bad service and pride themselves with that! Wow...

They give you a special. Then you must upgrade . You request assistance to make the upgrade on special. Not even the common courtesy to reply . Issues with quality. Pathetic reply. People stick with Netflix and Prime Video. Like their owners DStv . Showmax are not interested in customer service

Beware the theft of funds. I have a record in my email confirming my cancellation 16/05/2019. And an email confirming my cancellation is effective in 2 days on the 3/06/2019. You have kept billing my vodacom account now for another Year... I went into the website again tonight to log another cancellation. Please advised how you will refund me the past years premiums. This is unethical and illegal.

Their offices are very nice n the staff is so friendly but at the small gate the staff used to enter the yard there is no wheelchair accessibility
