0/5 stars!! Absolutely rude and disgraceful customer services. Today my mother was called about an account outstanding that we have from February as the hospital (life entabeni in durban) is still sorting out the issue on their side, the woman who had contacted my mother regarding this payment was extremely rude, she brought religion and race into the conversation which is absolutely unacceptable, and she had the audacity to speak ill of my late father with regards to the outstanding amount due to their complete lack of communication between departments, i dont have her name but if i did i would put it in this review and hope she gets fired for her absolute disrespect. It is NOT the patients duty to constantly follow up behind hospital accounts as if the staff are incapable of passing a simple message forward saying that these matters have been addressed previously. And it is DISGUSTING that their accounts department at this facility DARE speak ill of the deceased and make remarks about the religion and race of the customers. And by the way, my father died in entabeni, and NONE of the people who contacted us from entabeni even knew that he is a deceased patient, even after us contacting them regarding this matter first (in february) and notifying them of my dads passing which youd think theyd have on system but clearly they dont. For a private hospital which charges so much, youll sure behave like an underfunded public hospital.

Accounts dept slack, their excuse is only 1 person deals with things and they have told management but management does nothing about it? Would give zero stars if possible

Most amazing food here. Really nice place to work and also the security are very friendly and approachable. Shout out to those guys for giving me parking all the time! Only down side is the parking for certain employees off site

I am in shock. My partner is in bed N1 in Medical ward at Fourways Life. An old guy was brought in during visiting hours today today with his feet severely wrapped in bandages. According to his daughter its because of bed sores from the hospital. We were asked by security to leave at 4, and of visting hours. He just called me now, about 18h50. The same old guy started screaming help, help. Mr Knoetze from bed N1( my partner) got up and pushed the button. The nursing staff member came in and switch the bell of and say fu$% off few minutes later he went into coma and his hart stopped. Then al of a sudden they stormed in . Mr Knoetze tried to record it but they closed the curtain... Mr Knoetze is also in severe schock by experiencing all this.Is this where our hospital is going to? Mr Knoetze is planning to tell his family and trying to get to hospital manager but does not how to get hold of manager.Monday 16 July, 2018. 19:20

My experience with St Marys hospital @ Mthatha is as follows....Wards are Halls accomodating 4patients and above...no privacy @allOnly 2 showers for the whole floor/corridor used for by males and femalesVomitus was left in a bathroom sink unattended for more than a dayBoth genders are mixed ie.males next door females in same corridorBathrooms walls are very dirty in between tiles ie (grout) looks like neglected structure...The only positive I can acknowlegde is the positive staff attitude & care... the comprehensive services offered was good.....Regards Ms Velman...

The accounts department is rude and unhelpful.
