I unfortunately did not read the other customer feedback before placing my order. The team is the best at accepting your order, sending quotations, accepting money for goods they have no intention on delivering within an acceptable time period. From the Sales Consultant to the Manager I spoke to have one excuse after the other. They have absolutely no idea what customer service is or how to keep promises. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate as you cannot complain about the service - there simply is no service. Please do not fall in the same trap as I did - Sales Consultant and Manager involved: John Schreuders and Fernando Duarte.

Unfortunately, I resonate with many of the concerns from other customers. Quick and responsive to get same day payment despite not having stock. When stock is delayed, no real updates were provided until I followed up. When stock did arrive, I wasnt updated and no tracking number was provided until I followed up again. When the courier (RTT) did not prioritise the order, barely any assistance was provided by PC Shopper. Also, when a small software issue occurred, I asked the salesman for a support number to only receive two invalid numbers. He didnt even check that the numbers were correct before sending it onto a customer.

Very poor customer service. I placed my order on 30 June 2020 and I have yet to receive my collection confirmation email. On the website it states that if you place an order before 12:00, your order will be ready to be collected before 17:00 that day, which it obviously was not. I understand this, but they dont inform the customer in any way further. I have phoned about this and they stated that I should wait for the collection email. Well, I am still waiting. I you want something fast, I dont suggest that you use them.

PC Shopper was quick to accept my sale, however now that I have a warranty claim they took a week to respond to my email, another week to collect the item, and now for 2 weeks Ive received no feedback or update, and no responses to my emails.Thats terrible after sales service.

Sasheen from PC Shopper made every effort to assist me. He replied almost immediately. I placed my order on a Friday and had it delivered already on Monday morning! Super service and loving my new notepad! :)

Very poor customer service experience. I phoned in and confirmed that there was stock before placing my order on 10 Jan. I emailed and phone on numerous occasions to check for collection with no responses. On 21 Jan I went to the offices to cancel the order and was told the items are ready for collection.

I expected a little shop or show room at lest. I wanted to see in real what I am buying. However it is only a distribution centre. Order on the WEB site and hope for the best. If you want to save the delivery fee drive here to fetch your stuff.

Took ages to delivery a product that we needed in an emergency. If you want slow and inefficient service, these are your guys.

Great service. Desperately needed a printer cartridges and had great price and nearby.Nice that they allow you to collect (if they have stock of item at office). Hint: do the order online to speed up process if you need to dash in and collect.But they do welcome walk in customers.

The prices are great and the sale is fine. However in my experience I condemn the warranty service. One of my devices got faulty over time during the warranty period and according to their website had to send an email to their sales division to get it fixed. I did so and recieved no response in over a week, I even had to call them to ask about my email, they never got in touch. In the end I had to travel to their offices in order to return the faulty product. As a South African business I am rooting for them but this has to be fixed as it gives me the impression that after buying their product they dont care about customers. Not cool, you have no idea how not cool that is.

Dear PC ShopperI would like to give some feedback, on the poor service received.About a month ago, I contacted you with reference to the availability of the below printer (Brother MFC 9330). At that time, I was assured that the printer would be back in stock from 10 March 2018, and that as a high volume of these printers are ordered, should not be conserved about not being allocated a unit.Today, I placed the order, only to find out that it is in fact not available, and that there is a back order process – i.e. I will not be receiving a unit any time soon.This is really not professional service.
