Always useful for my booking and the hotel customer care is well trained, if i call with issues am always helped....

I received incredibly erratic service. Whilst Steph is good when he is available, he didnt show up three times in a row, after agreeing to do so. There was no text or call to communicate the reason for the no show. Deeply unprofessional behaviour and its turned a regular customer away from their business.
