Took my desktop in with a screen to get it to work with two screens. Also had a small problem that popped up every now and again.Janet in reception - very friendly and helpful. Collected the next day.Man what a difference in speed and operations. I dont know what you did but I no longer have time to make tea while PC boots up. Thanks guys. I would certainly recommend you.

Exemplary service from the initial contact made right through to the work being done. Even though I thought my laptop was fried and Id need to buy a new one, these guys didnt inflate their damage assessment or their invoice. Norman advised that all that was needed was a Windows re-install. I highly recommend this business. I will travel 100 kms to use your service.

Norman was fantastic. I needed an urgent laptop repair and he was able to help very quickly. I had my laptop back within 3 hours. Great and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Really poor service when I requested really basic assistance on hardware. I understand if a store is out of stock, but I just found the response and willingness to advise quite appalling. Aside from that, the response I received gave an impression that the person on duty has really very little knowledge on IT related issues. Would not recommend.

Took in three laptops, post assessment, told one needed replacement charger, one was corroded ( worked two days before) and the third, could not find part . At the end over and above the universal charger replacement had to pay R1000 for being informed that the two could not be repaired.

If you want to repair phone or computer especially Mac products it is a good place to start

After having spent R450 (handling fee) at Northgate only to be told that my MacBooks board was faulty and there was nothing that could be done...; a friend recommended Phantom Computers.Long story short..., my computer is back and is working well. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL!! do not ever expect customer service from this establishment. I took my PC in for a simple fix and i have now had no email capability for 3 days - their response the technicians are booked and I am not sure that they will be available when you come into the shop The sales manager is running his secondary business, the owner is nowhere to be seen and the technician who completed the work wont even speak to me??

Phantom Technologies identified our needs, considered our financial limitations and worked accordingly to deliver a service to us. We have been working with them from 2003 and will not move to another service provider out of loyalty and gratitude for all their help and consideration.When we cant afford a new computer, they offer us a refurbished unit at such a low cost its really shocking. We have never had comebacks on any of those units as if bought new. We are not even close to being one of the clients that brings in the most revenue but they treat us as if we are. With the petty mails we sent on problems or general enquiries, they always respond and the after-sale-service in general cannot be improved on.Who has the thousand it cost to get your first website when starting off? We certainly did not. They accommodated us, and gradually improved when we had funds available. The monthly maintenance and hosting cost is so low and its thanks to their way of thinking that allows a company like ours to grow and stay atop of technology without financially crippling us.We refer numerous clients to them as we don’t like to wait and yes, despite the above, we are a very demanding client and expect a response and solution immediately. Numerous clients complained that they wait for days. With Phantom you don’t experience the meaning of wait.
