Didnt get a chance to taste other flavors because the patron is only allowed to give out two tasters. NewYork Cheesecake won my heart... Definitely coming back for more flavors.

Incredibly yummy waffles (best Ive had in years) and ice cream. We were 5 people wanting to sit outside but there were only small tables. I wanted to shift the tables together, the waiter wasnt keen on helping us and the tables were heavy. Ended up that some of us ate on our laps. That wasnt ideal.

Arrived, and staff just ignored my daughter and my presence, had to actually interrupt a staff member busy texting on their phone, in order to be seated.Server could not advise what Gelato milkshakes they have.Ordered a eggs benedict with salmon, took nearly an hour with 4 other customers in the restaurant and when it arrived all the food was ice cold. Nothing worse than cold hollandaise sauce and cold egg yolk.I believe this will be my last try here, what a shame, was very much looking forward to eating here after reading the reviews.Maybe Im one of the unlucky ones and the next person may have a better experience.

Great little gelato café. Surprisingly, I particularly enjoyed the vegan chocolate gelato, which was unexpectedly rich and creamy! Also enjoyed the blood orange sorbet.The selection of flavours is good without being overwhelming. The coffees and waffles are also brilliant.Parking is relatively abundant on the surrounding streets. Been there on a Saturday morning and had no issues finding parking within a short walk of the café.

Really enjoyed my trip to Fab! today.The decor almost makes you feel like youre on the beach in the Mediterranean. Lovely blue and white decor with attention to detail.As you walk in the first thing you see is the pristine ice cream case. Delicious and interesting flavors like blood orange, pistachio, lemon meringue etc. I tried a combo of Ferrero Rocher and biscotti ice creams on a sugar cone. It was heavenly!Its quite a bit more expensive than run of the mill ice cream. I paid R50 for 2 scoops on a sugar cone but it was well worth it and I will definitely be back!

This little cafe style restaurant provides an extremely charming and fun environment to enjoy a coffee, light lunch or some very well made ice cream. Decent ice cream places are difficult to find in Johannesburg and FAB not only produces good ice cream but gives you the perfect environment to kick and and enjoy it.A relatively new place and I would recommend stopping by.

Visited the Linden store on Saturday morning. My wife and I ordered two very simple dishes (Waffle with Gelato & Pancakes with Gelato) - first the order took 40 minutes to arrive and then it was the wrong order completely.Service is shocking as one struggles to get the attention of your waitron.First and last time we will be visiting.

Although the primary offering here appears to be some really delicious looking Italian Gelato, I did not end up here for that. My mother and I had a very simple, but wonderful breakfast. Great place to sit and chill. I will be back.

The manager/host was very friendly and welcoming! The waiters were attentive (maybe they should get better uniforms). The food was well prepared and fresh and I liked how all the dishes/cups/teapots matched and were of a good quality. The atmostphere was great, there was jazz playing at a comfortable level in the backround. And,I was offered a blanket on arrival. All in all..a great place for breakfast.

What a delightful little gelateria. The flavours of ice cream are very enjoyable and there is a good selection. The shop also sells cherries preserved in syrup and the various fruit syrups are also available poured over crushed ice to make a refreshing summer crush drink. The space is small but very much worth a visit for a sweet treat on a hot day in Joburg

A charming little surprise hidden on 7th Ave. My wife had just been telling me how she felt like a waffle when we popped past to try the gelato.I tried the vanilla, cinnamon and coffee ice creams which were delicious. The grape fruit sorbet was so refreshing and definitely a treat.The Belgian waffles aren’t the biggest but they most certainly are fabulous.

This place used to be a favourite of mine. The standard of service and the product has certainly declined. The gelato tastes watered down and it looks like it had melted and was refrozen. Been very disappointed on numerous occasions this year.I havent been here since I posted this a while ago. Ice cream is still terrible quality. Very very disappointed

FAB! is by far the coolest gelato and coffee shop in Linden and no one would blame you if you tried to find any excuse to have a meal here too, just to be able to finish it off with their great tasting Italian Ice-cream!Love the atmosphere and the service and the decor too.

They didnt even have chips or white bread when I was there . We orderd our food and told the waiter we where in a hurry and they still took their time. He even forgot my wifes lunch and said he didnt hear her order and thought she said she wasnt going to eat something. So we where late and hungry.
