Wesbank did you seriously go and debit my account again! For insurance I never agreed to after I told you Im insured with Discovery and sent you the required docs. Come on guys get your admin in order you cant be debiting as you please, especially not in our current economic uncertainty. Most people have budgets.

Yet another frustrating ordeal with Wesbank.It seems never ending with these people. Both debit orders go off for my vehicle payment and both of them are not allocated to my account. Now I get charged arrears interest, plus the fact this shows up on my credit record. How can money just go missing!I just can not believe that a finance institution can be so incompetent.Please Wesbank fix your issues because this is unacceptable!

I contacted them for the logbook of a paid up vehicle. Still havent received it. I phone everyday and I get told the matter is being escalated because the courier delivered it to an incorrect address. Every person promises to call back with feedback by the end of the day but it never happens. Im still waiting

I bought a car using Wesbank. 1 st i was overcharged by R27000 odd rand.Eventially after many months that was sorted but i still have to sighn the new contract.I went to nedbank about 3 months ago. Found no staff working on a saturday. Got a contact person to look into the matter but he seems unable to reply on my emails! Got a mail from him saying he was off work for months? Thats why he did no reply . That was it. Now he is somewhere where no one can get hold of him! No reply to my mails asking for a appointment to come and see him!Can some one please help this hopeless case!His name is Robert Percy.I just want to see some other person who can explain to me what went wrong. Is it now sorted out? Is the balance on my contract now corrected?Help would be appreciated!!

Horrible Service, had to phone a plethora of times and send 4 mails and wait over a week just to obtain a cross border letter. No one responds and you have to follow up with them. They are always experiencing high call volumes. They can only hold the line 2 minutes for you to wait for the info to be sent then the have to put down the line. If there is no success then you would have to call again. And repeat, repeat, repeat. Totally laugable

I wrote of my vehicle on the 16th of April. The insurance company paid of my wesbank finance on 20 May 2021 yet this morning they still took the installment for a settled account.You pay R499 a month for private clients yet getting nothing for this. My private banker is so useless and never responds to my mails.I want my account downgraded back to a gold account and I want my money your incorrectly took this morning back in my account TODAY or I will move all my stuff over to ABSA.I have been a loyal customer for years this is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not even finance my pool noodle with this place. Every avenue you take to ask for assistance is replied with a cryptic messageIf you try call them you might aswell start at 8am leave the phone on the desk, go have breakfast and catch up with covid 19 news and listen to everyones opinion on how to cure it.. by the time you get back, you will still be waiting.The new South Africa , zero service delivery.

From the guard at the gate to the friendly ladies assisting at ground floor reception, this has been a quick, efficient, and smooth process to get my Natis document. I didnt have my reference number but the friendly lady at the Natis counter said, no problem mam and assisted me regardless. Vehicle was paid off, proof was sent through, got my email to acknowledge receipt, and a few days later a notification email to say it was ready for collection. Thank you for the outstanding service I received! Well done Wesbank!!

Bought a car privately. Was forced to pay r2999 for roadworthy. Did that. Passed. Now I cannot renew my license disc and it must be sent to roadworthy again... Then after countless of 40min calls still no answer. No one knows what they are doing at this place!!

Good day.I want to tell poeple about the no service i have been getting from wesbank. I am trying to get hold of Renate in the deceased legal department for more than a week now. To resolve some things as my father has passed away. Im calling the deceased dep 3 times a day. When renate is unavailable i ask that she phone my back and when she is avalible i ask to be transfer to her but she still do not answer and she only returned 1 call back when i was in a meeting out of 15 failed attempts to contact herI would not recommend doing business with them.

Shocking automated system - that the customer cannot speak to a human when one calls customer service. I held on listening to a voice recording for over 1 hour. I still have not spoken to a human being. Unable to communicate with a human on any of the contact number.

Attempting to do a simple transaction and my mail gets ignored for several business days, pathetic support. UPDATE: So I finally got a response to call in to proceed, I did not have to hold long and spoke to an agent that was not only professional but helped me resolve my concerns, for this I am up-voting to 3 stars from 1. UPDATE: I wonder if the support team knows that they need to actually read the email before replying with a single 3 word phrase.

A huge shoutout to Tshepo Mtimkulu at the DrivaCover call centre, who assisted my son when he required roadside assistance last night; Tshepo is professional, compassionate and thorough - he kept my son updated, he kept me updated, he even went so far as to do a conference call with both of us, and my son and his car were soon towed home. Thank you Tshepo for being our guardian angel last night. Your people skills and attention to detail cannot be faulted.

I had a few vehicles financed through WesBank. I never experienced any issues with my accounts. Trading in vehicles and re-financing with zero issues. Calling the Call Centre was always a pleasure dealing with professional staff. I will always recommend WesBank.

I lost my Cheque card therefore I have no way to pay for anything or even put petrol in my car to go anywhere. Went in on the 31 January 2020, was in line for 2 hours then get to the service agent then was told to solve my issue via app chat as will be faster, I thanked him as believed him. I was liaising and following up on the app and just kept being informed that I will be contacted. Then 17 days later (11 working days later) I contact them via the app, I am only told that I should complain and gave me the complaint department’s number and email. I have been with FNB for a very long time and we were able to step into a branch back then to get everything done in the same day. Now, we often just get automated responses. It is quite disappointing. I have screen shots of the conversations I’ve had with the agents over the app with time and dates, they don’t really understand the meaning of urgency and work on a slow FNB time....

Wesbank refinance department service is one of the most pathetic I have come across in many yearsI applied on the 13th November 2019 and have still not had my new agreement. But I got a computer voice call today saying my account is in arrears and my ITC record will be affected. If course there is no reply Busi Xaba if you worked for me you wouldnt have a job

Poor communication, Wesbank head office does not answer their calls. If they do the person with your query dont come back to you or is not in. Emails they dont respond. Valuation on vehicle is close to 200k under. Really shocking and concerning and scary at the same time. Rather stay away.....

I am seriously frustrated 😡😡😡with Wesbank, never have I ever received such terrible call-center service (with no viable alternative). Wesbank prefers that JNB/Tshwane licensing departments to do their job, i.e, verify whether they have the title deed for the car they financed (and since paid paid-off) before they can provide such proof (which they demanded at the beginning of the finance deal). A bunch of A**holes.

Not even worth one star. Never, ever, EVER get your vehicle financed through Wesbank. Anybody else - but if you would like to be communicated with, treated as a person and/or be respected - NEVER go with Wesbank. There is no communication, no flexibility, no understanding, no client support. Thankfully I am paid up and no longer a customer and if I can help it nobody I know or ever meet will be. Please be fore- warned - it is not worth the heartache, the frustration - and the stress.

My car was repossessed and i was given 15 days to pay. And the money was paid. how long does it take to get your car back? It is almost 5 days and the car is still with them. And it is business car. What concerns me is that payment is expected month end and they still keeping the car.Please advice.

I paid off my vehicle with the help of another bank when i was retrenched and got more assistance and way better rates from the other bank. I get little to no response from Wesbank. I am awaiting documents to go to the traffic department to change over the vehicle to my name. I have waited 2 weeks and havent received the documents and get no response on my queries, when i try and log a complaint on their website, to try and get some assistance, after hitting the submit button it said they have had a system error and my complaint / pleas for help did not go through.I have also closed my cheque account and gone to another bank and the same with my homeloan. I am so disappointed I have been a loyal and upstanding FNB banking, homeloan and wesbank advocate and client for many years, and now I find your customer service, fees, policies and procedures in all the areas mentioned above to be terrible, I never thought I would leave you, I had always convinced others to go to you. You are no longer the best and most innovative bank.... you are slipping :-( I am dissapointed

I made a payment into the account number sent to us with the given amount and it has not been deducted from my account and I have been charged with penalty fees every month meanwhile it’s wesbanks terrible service and mess up.I need someone to get back to me ASAP as I am so fed up with the terrible service and I will be looking to take this further, to wait a whole month just for someone to address the issue or even get back to my emails is just ridiculous.

I paid R7000 towards my account errors on the 31st October 2017 midday but I was book for more errors on the 1st November 2017 I received my statement now they say Im owing R11000 and a couple of Rands WestBank Eish its a rubbish bank they lazy to update at the right time now Im left to paid R3000 more.

Service is average. Wesbank will give you a loan, albeit at an absurd interest rate, regardless of whether your credit record is silver clean. Wesbank will also grant you a 3-month fine if you pay off your car early. Instead, look at other lending institutions.
