Very poor professional service. I phoned this company to find out if they could help me with building plans and structural designs for my property.I was transferred to a lady to whom I said Hallo my name is Matthew and I need some advice if possible and to find out if they could help me with my needs To which she responded I wont give you anything before you dont give me a formal introduction. I said to the lady that I have just told you my name, I also gave her my surname and asked what difference that made to the introduction? She responded to me Listen here, you called us for our services, I wont give you anything without a formal introduction to which I replied well thank you in that case I will not make use of your service
