Make sure you do a proper checklist before moving in otherwise you will not get your deposit back from Renprop.Your normal wear and tear becomes the tenants problem when moving outKeep your doors/windows closed in summer unless you dont mind rats as visitors

Appearances can be deceiving. Looks good on the outside and day one. But cleanliness is not great. Constant overflow of garbage by residents. If you stay on a ground floor unit, you deal with overflowing bins, smells and a lot of flies. Attached a photo of nappies outside the bin in a pizza box with flies around.

I stay here. Its quiet and just so peaceful in the mornings. Cant fault it at all. Security is very tight. Only been here 8 months and already getting offers from buyers and my place isnt even on the market.

The roads to get that side are jiki jiki and up and down😂😂😂ngeke! But otherwise its a nice complex for the youth and new starting couples

You get some peace of mind staying in this place. The people are friendly and even the staff.

Im at the ground floor, the neighbour from the top floor is so noisy. Ive tried complaining to the security but it seems like they are not doing anything about it. Its always the banging early in the mornings, late at night and you cant even take a nap during the day cause the noise is intolerable. Is there an email address or contact number where I can lay a complaint and be heard? Im really battling to sleep in the place. I cant wait for my contract to come to an end so that I can leave this place.

Friend lives here. So nice and quiet. They have been scamming her on electricity costs. Plus I cannot stand how many stories the buildings have. About 4 stories with no lifts. Just abusive if you ask me.

Well maintained complex and its security access and exit system is one of the best Ive seen in the country. Its clean and safe. Rules are put in place to ensure that all live in harmony with one another. Theres parking for each unit.

It is located in Ferndale Randburg. I went to visit a friend. They have very good security. They wont let me in until he approves. I Waited forever because the dude was not by his phone. Well, it is a nice complex for young professionals. They have nice and clean cozy apartments. The compound also looks really clean and well taken care of. The complex also have a huge parking space for visitors.

Trendy,quiet residential apartments. They are well kept and perfectly situated close to amenities.

If you want to move into this complex be aware that the passage is not big enough for large furniture items so it is a struggle to move stuff. And people leave unsightly trash next to the full bins on weekends.
