Real Promotions is the place to be. Ive worked at Real Promotions for two months , and I am so grateful I was hired. With my hard work and student mentality I got promoted to training manger after a week of being in the company and that was one of the biggest achievements I have ever received. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, theres an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Real PromotionsReal Promotions its truly fantastic. Our Cape Town office is beautiful with amazing staff and great music in atmosphere. . We have office activities once or twice a month and they are OUTSTANDING.Every year the company gives everyone a really nice gift for the holidays. I really could go on for a long time. Definitely, definitely apply.

That company lies and cheat people. Abnormal working hours they get angry even when you want to go to the bathroom you cant even answer an emergency call when you are at the premises. I wouldnt recommend any1 to work there unless if you want to know how jail feels like

I feel like majority of these reviews are false! I worked at real promotions for about a month and it was the worst month of my life. It is door to door sales and you have to use your own money to get to those places. How do you expect somebody who is unemployed to take out money every day to go to work, also take out money during work to work at the designated areas, then still have money to go back home. I found myself spending around R150 per day on transport. Now working 6 days a week I spent around 3600 on transport. The office hours are crazy. You work from 06:00 to 18:00. The staff that works there are also very unprofessional. Everybody is dating somebody in the office. I never got paid while working there and only got paid R1000 a month after I resigned. I DONT NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER

Its been 2 months now working for the most sufficient team ever, they have supported me through my progress in this great opportunity and I am forever grateful to getting this chance in life to grow and not just be kept in the same situation and not given a chance to grow.Real promotions has this great program to get you from distrabuter to a manager of your own office, they want you to grow. They want you to be independent and earn what you work for. The effort you put in is what you will get out.So there is no one telling you, No you must just stay in your position! Its a good environment but only if you know what you want in life.....You are provided with all the materials to change your life, its either you use the opportunity or keep complaining. People are very welcoming. You learn about your self everyday, the support that Im still getting its priceless caz not only they teach you about work they also feed your soil with positive things.

Working here has always been a blast. From the energising morning sessions in the atmosphere early in the morning till the end of the day. The managers are great motivators and leaders and just the ambiance itself makes being around here almost an addiction. As a promoter I personally think youre unprofessional, I am not happy with how you guys do things but because I am a student I need the money, I will bare and endure with your treatment. Every time when youre making a payment there is always a problem, I feel like you dont want to pay us, our hard earned money, honestly I cant wait for this to be over because wow, oh I havent received my money, your lady who is responsible for payments all she does is to blue tick me on whatsApp and honestly I dont have energy for that, I have books that need my energy. What frustrates me is that not even a single day have I not checked in when my shifts start.

First off, I love my co-workers. I feel like we are all taken care of really well, Because of that I feel like we all go the extra mile whenever possible. Gained a lot of experience by talking to different people and we have a great management team.

When you walk in, you feel the vibrant office workspace thats open. The artwork at the reception gives you this great aura. The staff there is full of life and one that will surely make your day and be fun to work with. As far as the Job Vacancies go, if you are not into sales this may not be for you, but of working with loud, colourful people is your cup of tea then this is the place you need to be.

What Im about to say is true. Ever since working at RP, I NEVER GOT PAID TILL TODAY. Its even worse now that COVID-19 is here to stay, I never got anyone to call me back and hear my story. Poor company to work for and I warn everyone!!

Their Sales & Marketing jobs are a scam and do not comply with Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, use your own transport, airtime and data with no guaranteed salary. Modern day slavery is rife at Real Promotions.
