Nice breakfast coffee but chips I dont like them quantity bad they must just improve it

Good quick service. Caring workers. Lovely neat place in the middle of town at the main road. Very convenient for me because of its location.

Pathetic to say the least . The waitress took my order wrong , after repeating it! Then upon settling my bill , not giving her a gratuity , she became unfriendly and did not greet me back when leaving . The Manager did apologised , however , I will not visit the establishment again .

Walked out of Wimpy at Nonesi Mall. No service. When i complained they said only 1 waiter, other waiter on lunch, lunch at 15h30. Went to Wimpy in main street, best service and verry quick delivery of food. Verry friendly staff. Best Wimpy for good and fast food.

Norma our waitress was fantastic and so was our meal.

Experience wasnt good.Order took very long,got drinks order mixed up,a double espresso coffee was weak & prices on menu differed from the cash slip,but the Food was good,though.A boy was playing at the kids area & I took our family kids just to stand there.A staffmember told us that the play area is actually closed.

Blows my mind how at the peak of festive time you only have 2 waitresses on the floor. Had to wait over half an hour to even be acknowledged. When the waitresses eventually came I kinda wished they hadn’t and that I had just got a take away. Also you need to clean the kiddies area better, really wasn’t happy having my toddler play there.

Very poor service, I took out my mom for breakfast then my oder came just as mom finished her food. Please train your staff well. It would also be nice to be welcomed with a friendly face/smile, eye contact is very important, understanding the different servings eg hot water with lemon and huney is best served hot. Cleanliness is very important this type of business (tables must be cleaned after each customer) these were just sticky. Very disappointed with this Wimpy.

Really poor service. The staff was unfriendly and kitchen staff werent wearing gloves when preparing our meals. The toasted cheese and quick bite cheese burger took 30 mins to prepare and staff was just standing around...there were certain members of staff (Chontell who helped us was extremely helpful) who you could clearly see are hardworking and giving it their all, but majority seemed unmotivated, which is not n excuse for bad service. Which I understand being a busy time of year. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and soap. Love Wimpy and really am a fan, but Queenstown disappointed. Hope this review gives them the motivation to improve their service.

A place to rest in extraordinary view....

In the hundreds of different Wimpys Ive patronised, this has got to be the worst Ive ever been to. Waitress was rude and uncooperative, even though we were polite and treated her with respect. The food was undercooked and so gross that we threw it away. The ladies toilets were filthy, the toilet itself was broken and cracked, there was urine on the floor. The door in the restaurant leading to the toilets was dirty and broken. Our order was wrong and had to be fixed, and took a very long time. Thankfully a better waitress took over from our one and was a bit more helpful. This Wimpy is a disgrace to the Wimpy franchise.

Look for another place to eat,this place is awful,trust me when I say this ,food is also mediocre

Wimpy Queenstown - the service was pathetic. Ordered a chicken snitzel sub and the chicken was so hard. It was over fried and the manager didnt bother to come and talk to me even after complaining to the waiter. No wonder there was no one eating there.

Food was cold (as if it just came out the fridge) Plates were cold. Very below average and not the same experience we have had at other Wimpy branches. Really disappointed.
