The staff are really friendly and helpful but aside from that the actual work ​is really really bad. Ordered a label on frame and paid for it, picked it up and by the time I drove back all the letters of the stickers had fallen apart! Not what I expected or paid for.

Absolutely atrocious service. Documents handed over for simple faxing. Documents were not faxed and the originals were handed over to a to a total stranger without confirming whether the person was authorised to collect the documents. No records kept on who documents were handed over to. Gross negligence of staff has resulted in a delay on a time sensitive legal matter. Would NOT recommend using their facilities.

Their website mentions hassle free returns however they do not accept returns.

R8 charge for a virus check that is free for them to conduct if you want to print off of a flash drive. They also wont let you use a card for less than R50, but only tell you once the work is done. Surely they could have signage to that effect?

Charging money to receive an e-mail for printing... rather tell me up front to bring it on a flash drive...
