Great place to relax and have good food with good service.The savoury muffin was flavourful, the chocolate cake was moist and tasty. Cappuccino was excellent.Service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.

Very generous portions, delicious comfort food, very friendly staff and a spotless environment. It gets busy during breakfast time so be prepared to wait a *little* while for your order. Otherwise, great vibes!

The muffin we ordered was smelling off... sent back to the kitchen. I ordered a specialist coffee with pouring cream.... the cream was served boiling hot.... since when is pouring cream served boiled ? Sent back to kitchen and was replaced with proper cold pouring cream. All this on Saturday morning when not too busy.

The trout sandwich was not filling..too little for R84 yet I am a small eater. THANKS

Weve been going to Mugg & Bean for years. Theyve always been able to increase the strength of beverages (such as the Chia tea & Hot chocolate) free of charge, since the owner should be on the restaurant to make beverages taste great. However, recently Mugg & Bean has been charging extra to increase its strength of its beverages, forcing customers to pay for the lack in taste and quality. So we have the choice between drinking what tastes like a mix of water & milk OR bearing the added cost per cup.

This branch is amazing, service is fantastic and food is delicious. They also serve a delicious spicy lamb sausage to cater to the local palette, where most do not consume beef or pork. You have to be early to get a table on a Sunday as it gets very busy after church.

The food is awesome.....they open early and close late..making inconveniences covered...i would recommend this branch anytime with the friendly staff they have...its a good dining here.

Mugg & Bean has decent food, however the price is too high. They must be making very good margins on their meals. For this genre of food I would rather visit Olive & Oil for a better meal and price.

If you look at my photo...I am sitting 4seats away from the bottomless coffee machine.yet it took 45 minutes to get a cup of black coffee... not good enough. The muffin was quite nice but not enough butter or jam to go onto that size muffin.. Dont think I will be back.

Great place to gather your wits over a steaming cup of coffee. This franchise is getting it right because it is always busy. Great service, good menu and with an added bot of style in the lighting and decor. Safely just inside the Centre but not claustrophobic offering an outside patio for those who prefer their cappuccino with a puff or too.

Great place for business meetings or just an lunch with a loved one. Coffee is great as it should be. If you looking for something different I would suggest the carribean mocha. A mocha with accents of coconut gives your tummy the feels. And to eat from salads to burgers and ribs all food is prepared hot and fresh. My personal choice will be the Cleveland cheese steak. BBQ steak with cheese on a slice ciabatta and Chips with guacamole.
