These guys drive like complete maniacs, 2 of their vehicles nearly hit me as BOTH vehicles skipped a red light, non of their emergency/amber lights where on. Next time think twice about doing something like that in a branded vehicle. Would not recommend this company to anyone, I can only wonder what they do behind the scenes.

If it was up to Aaron, the guy whom assisted my son after his accident, this company would have scored a perfect 5, but all fell flat the moment they had my vehicle.From the moment it was towed, they refused to tell me where it was towed to, or give me any details of how things were to proceed.They apparently could not assist as they were only allowed to talk to the insurance assessor and not to me?The moment they heard I was going to take vehicle back and not let the insurance write it off, they made everything even more difficult to get it, everytime coming up with a new story why i cant take it and why there is delays.Eventually when we collected the vehicle from their yard, we received no assistance from any of their personnel to load it onto the trailer. They just stood around watching us.If they promise that they will phone you back, keep on phoning them regularly, as they never phone back to either return a call or give you updates as promised.One company I will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Stay away! They convince you your vehicle needs to be towed, saying the towing service is free if you use their workshop. They dont answer phones or emails and charge R5200 for towing, administration fee if R950 and storage fee of R350 per day. This after they deliberately ignore your enquiries regarding your own vehicle and try to increase the time your vehicle stays on their premises.

Called into report a driver who was driving like a mad man on Wednesday evening. Manager who took the call was very apologetic and said he would give it attention.

Not only is there no license plate on the trailor attached to a precision towing bakkie the driver came within millimetres of hitting our car. Instead of apologising when we brought this to his attention so he could be more careful in future he shouted and swore at me calling me a white, continuously revved his engine so that the tires squealed on pull off.he then proceeded to fake swerve into our car to scare us before driving down Solomon mahlangu at a speed well over 120km/hour.

Dont ever let this crooks tow your car when in a accident or whatever the case is, I lost my bakkie to them after they towed it , I did not have insurance since I only had it for few weeks I was involved in a accident and allowed them to tow it literally 16 km from the scene I live in a security complex and could not tow it there and they took it to their yard the next day to find out I owe them R5200 + admin fees of R900 and R350 for everyday my bakkie was there. The bakkie was a write off I saw I wont get it back without paying so much money I try to sell it to them the offered me R10000 and deducted still R5000 for tow in I got a lousy R5000 for my bakkie that I payed R67000 for, do yourself a favour and dont let them tow your car/bakkie without having insurance

I dont understand with such similar complaints why is this company still operating? Where is the justice system of a democratic south Africa? Is this industry regulated or not because it cant be that someone will take advantage of people who are emotionally unstable and still get away with it for such a long time. This is appalling.

I had exceptional service from Andre and Sonja Stander of Precision Towing Services on the 18th of June 2020. They expertly assisted me at the scene of the accident and went above and beyond what is expected of them. I would highly recommend them!

Scam, rude they take advantage iof vulnerable people. Never ever use them coz you will end up loosing your car.. my car was there for one night and the charged me R9200.

Very bad experience with these people. Even when you call their several numbers to get your car you will struggle, phones going on voicemail or being dropped when youre calling. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone unless youre prepared for a headache.

Dishonest business practices, unsecured storage facility. When I collected my car, everything on it not bolted down (and many things that were, like my starter and computer box) was stolen. My car suffered more damage from being stored with them than it did from the accident.
