Visited the mall for the philarmonic orchestra and well known local opera stars performance of Broadway hits. What a treat celebrating local talent with a much appreciating audience. It felt like celebrating covid level 1 of more freedom.

Brooklyn Mall, you need to come to the table with the rent you charge your tenants. Lots of closed shops and obviously lots of struggling shops. The struggling economy is showing in your mall and it doesnt really encourage trade for those shops that are still open. Bring down the rent and encourage innovative SME please!

I was working at standard bank brach. They help me how to do payment method with my bank card I am very happy and feeling enjoying the Brooklyn mall shop and bank.

Clean and well serviced. It has a variety of shops. It has fabulous restaurants. The reason I cant enjoy shopping there because they still charge parking.

I go there for car wash. They are really professional. Drop your car, and wait or come and pick. U receive sms when ur car is ready. Good service

Nice and cosy mall to hang around and do shopping. Here you get way more than what you bargained for your cash, and that is because of unique retailers other huge malls around lack. For a tiny example Brooklyn mall is the only mall with a Lucky bakery that sells sourdoughs..., you cant get sourdoughs anywhere else around Pretoria believe it.

The mall is good with more than efficient shops. However I feel the Mall is to congested to freely walk around.

Most of the shops are very good in terms of customer service except one shop which sell perfumems (melone perfumes) always there are two ladies working there they are not freindly to clients they are so rude they dont have a way of talking nice to customers most of the time they are on their cell phones and when you come into the store its like you are disturbing them last week I went there to buy perfume instead I went to Sandton to buy it because of the poor service I got from them please solve the problem

This place makes me feel like Im visiting Europe (or cape town). Fancy looking eateries and even fancier clientele. I always feel very out of place. The parking is the worst part...people stopping anywhere and having a chat blocking the darn road! Try the ocean basket!

Brooklyn very nice Shopping Centre. Woolworths was good experience but they changed the set up inside the shop. It look nice but I felt completely lost. I wish they will find a way where, for example tobl indicate where the Lady dept, Children etc are. It takes time to find out especially if you are an Oldie like me who were for at least a year not in the shops because of Covid.

It was safe and clean. Was not over crowded.

I have fallen in love with this mall....the peace of mind when you do shopping. You will never find this mall full of shoppers, you go there smiling you live Happy and if you decide to go and dine with you partner you can bet that you will enjoy.

Great venue for the Vintage Market

Brooklyn mall is never over crowded and that makes the shopping experience great. Also means the mall is super clean. They have sanitation stations everywhere. Awesome Mall.

In the face of CV 3 Checkers saves on Ssnatiser by providing 1 small dose on one hand only. does not sanatise baskets and trolleys.Centre does not sanitise toilet door handles or urinal taps.Their care and concern is lower than stage 1 requirements.

Very neat and location is good. The mall features many stores familiar to most people.

Poor management, a number of store closures, wonder why? Facilities are dirty, escalators no working on the Square foe 6 months, not user friendly, toilets have hooks on the doors more suitable if you are a giant.

Unwelcoming environment, especially at entrances. Streets are blocked, seemingly by meter taxis. It becomes a threatening environment to ordinary motorists and mall patrons.

This is a mall that is not overwhelming in size, but also not underwhelming when it comes to shops, restaurants, and others to cater for any shoppers needs.

It feels like Brooklyn Mall wants to make your life difficult.Way finding is troublesometerms and conditions with parking tricks youand the paying stations rarely work.When trying to get help at an exit gate, staff are very irritable and does not want to be of service.Very disappointed.

The Brooklyn Square mall was built to interlink with Brooklyn, so walk through to visit Brooklyn Mall and its Exclusive Books, movie theaters, atm facilities, fashion stores, etc.

Wonderful mall, great shops, clean, safe and the restaurant are great. I loved the book shops as well. Its not crowded, there is an art gallery which has beautiful artworks. I loved it.
