The food was great, and large position. Value for money. 5 star
The best Ethiopian cuisine in Pretoria. I love the food and the environment.
This was my first Ethiopian experience and WOW! I loved every bit of it! The setting is authentic and the hostess was kind and generous in offering more information and making sure we were happy. Those round ball wineglasses are filled with Ethiopian honey wine! Delicious and although at first it felt weird drinking from these upside-down wineglasses, it is actually really comfortable! Will be on the lookout for some of these for my own dinner table. I can’t wait to go back one morning to experience an Ethiopian coffee ceremony!!! If you are looking for something new and different, I would suggest giving this place a try!
I love their food and the owner is amazing. Price is great and serving size is for two meals.
Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, authentic atmosphere and wonderful people
The best place in Pretoria to get a good quality habesha food. Safe parking area, good customer care, reasonable price.
Great place. 5 Stars.
Very delicious food and good service
The most delicious food! Big portions, amazing hostess, I highly recommend to come experience great Ethiopian food (well this was my first time eating this cuisine, but it was super yum).
Fantastic food! Great place
Fantastic food and a very affordable experience.
Warm and welcoming even for non Ethiopian people like myself. Great traditional coffee.
Great food, good prices, amazing Ethiopian music and all round fun!!!!
I dont know that place
Didnt get the meal I wanted but the substitute was not bad
Too slow in servings
Amazing culinary experience! First time eating Ethiopian food, the hostess was kind in explaining the dishes to me and showing me how to eat the injera with the lamb and vegetable dishes. Very tasty food! I will definitely be back for more. Thank you
Excellent reception by owners and speedy service. The food was clean, tasty and fresh. The environment was great and the design of the sitting area is well decorated with Ethiopic fabrics and art. It was an enjoyable time with my friends😁
Suburban Ethiopian delicacies served with the best coffee I know..
Lovely place to eat out some Ethiopian cuisine. The music is nice and the food is delicious... I like the pool table as well just after a good meal, hit some balls...
Awesome.. never really took notice if the place till today..its really nice and intimate
Good food and caring owner.
As an Ethiopian it makes me feel home away from home. Exquisite food with great atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by.
A very well family run restaurant. The owner is beyond friendly and goes all out to make sure that you feel welcome
Together with my wife we visited the Restaurant for a quick lunch. We are lovers of Ethiopian zighinì and we were not able to find one since a while. This restaurant offers a great traditional food, which is even greater if tasted with the Ethiopian honey wine, the te’j. We finished two full plates of zighinì and we ended with a good Ethiopian coffee. Everything at a very affordable price. We will come back soon!!
Fast and Friendly, really helpful explaining menu items and affordable. Full flavour authentic Ethiopian food!
I loved the food, and the staff is incredibly kind and funny. The only thing that I didnt enjoy was that the food was served cold. Id rather it be served cold than microwaved, but still, it should be served hot.
If u r looking for delicious Ethiopian cousin this is the exact place specially for vegan.
Typical Ethiopian food. Clean and cosy. The food was served soon after I ordered.
A hidden treasure with great Ethiopian food, well priced and friendly service. Ask for the macchiato its a delicious finish to your meal.
Good food, reasonable price, and the owners are very nice people, they offered advice for people not used to the spicyness levels of Ethiopian food.I recommend this place to anyone.
The food was very cooked and the environment is clean , staff is very helpful
Professional services
Its very good to eat Ethiopian good here
Delicious food and clean environment !
Lovely Restaurant with great Ethiopian food, the owner is sweet and very welcoming.
This place offers great Ethiopian cuisine. I had the pleasure of enjoying yebeg and yebere tibs which are a medley of lamb and beef stew done the Ethiopian style with enjera which is a generous offering of savory pancake-type bread. The herby tea was so good and I didn’t even use sugar as the spice within the tea embraced my pallet. Lovely cosy restaurant overall. And to top it off I didn’t even spend more than R60! Next time I’m going for the veggie meal. Forgot what it’s called though 😛
Good food and affordable
Order the vegetarian injera (choose teff flour option) and then finish off your experince with a macchiato coffee. It is simply the best.
A beautiful and cozy Ethiopian restaurant that has a great vibe to dine in. Owners are great people who enable you to get an experience of Ethiopia through the wonderful delicacies. If you are an explorer then this place should be on your list.
