Been a client for absolute years. I made a quick sum, spent nearly R200000.00 there in 5 years, cash, as I dont have medical aid and need life saving meds every month. That excludes the R3000 to R4000 we spend Xtra at a time when I need Xtra meds through the year. They wouldnt let my mom get medicine for me and have my husband pay for it on his way home from work. Ill be taking my money elsewhere. Didnt even bother to look up my history with them. I want to support community businesses, but if that is how they treat the community, they obviously dont care. The irony is, the meds cost R12-11....... Maybe if they offered to help, in stead of just saying no, they would still have a steady cash cow.
