Highly professional staff and Dentists. Clean and well maintained

Dr Cloete and Natalie at the dentist were amazingly sweet and caring. Dr gave me step by step process in washing my teeth and Natalie was a big help, she was super nice and encouraging. They are the best and i will definitely come back.

Dr. Mkhonza is an amazing dentist and the only reason I go to Medicross Silverton. She is kind, professional, and a highly skilled dentist that cares for her patients. She explains complex issues in a simple and straight forward way and ensures her patients understand. Thank you for caring.

I went to Silverton medicross for covid 19 test and until to date I never received the call from the doctor to inform me about my test results I decided after 3 day to download the results from ampath lab and asked from people who were tested positive before that sars cov 2 stand for what.the doctor never even told me what to do while waiting for test results.

Made an appointment at 8, still waiting to be helped at 8.40. Edit: I got my covid test done at 9.20. Took them 80 minutes to come stick a bud up my nose

The staff are not very co-operative when dealing with patients who have been assaulted. It makes me wonder whether they even care about patients.

I broke a crown last week. I was referred to a maxillo facial surgeon. I saw him (the surgeon) yesterday. Ridiculous. It cost R750 to say hello. The surgeon was not prepared to operate yesterday. Nor was he prepared to give me an estimate of costs. I had to wait in reception for a quote. Nearly died when I got it. Nearly R4000 to remove a tooth root. I went to Medicross to see my dentist to complain. There was a young, efficient dentist having lunch. He welcomed me in. He saw the quote . He told me to sit down so he could look at the broken tooth. 15 min later he had done the extraction (R650) he also took top and bottom teeth impressions and did various other procedures. Upshot. I collected my new two tooth denture at 11h00 today. I savedat thousands of random. Now there is a happy ending.I thoroughly recommend a visit to Medicross dental centre. Dr Cloete and His dental nurse, Natalie, were efficient kindly and encouraging. I have had treatment from 5 dentists at this centre. They are ALL excellent.

I was not happy with the service,I had to wait for an hour to be assisted, people I came before went in first. The staff is rude and not helpful, the doctor didnt know where to switch on an ultra sound machine let alone demonstrate what he sees in the machine. Waste of money and time.

I have made online appointments twice, only to be disappointed when i got to the medical centre. I was told that the GP I CHOSE WAS NOT ON DUTY and the online system is not functioning. so how did i get a confirmation.I also noticed that no screening of patience or persons entering the medical centre is performed. Is there any reason or dont the medical fraternity at Medicross believe the Covid-19 exist

Excellent service delivery, sufficient number doctors on duty, clean environment and professional service by all employees to the extent of cleaners. May they keep up the great team work.

Bad service at reception..the Ladies do not care for Patients.

I was assaulted and went to see a doctor. The doctor does not care to help fill in the necessary documentation and pretends like my injuries are not serious. They do not want to get involved with the police.I find that this is the case for most doctors, hospitals, but this is not what I expect from doctors.

The customer service at this medicross is terrible. Didn’t even manage to see a doctor because of rude behaviour.

I can honestly support all the negative reviews on here. The service at this place is shocking to say the least. I had an appointment for a filling that came out which they had no space for. Phoned other medicrosses in the area and had the worst experience of my life, If you need medical attention this is the absolute laat place you want to end up at.The reception at the dentist is one of the most unhelpful and unprofessional people Ive ever encountered in my life. The place is filthy and stinking and I just left as it would be better to walk with the pain than to have ones teeth worked on here.I hope this warning reaches all the unsuspecting patients before they end up as disappointed as I am now.

Shocking service. Telephones never get answered. Doctors handwriting illegible. Left messages ad nauseam on two occasions, but doctor never responds. Claims messages were never received. Time to find another doctor.

Warning to all who want to use Silverton Dental.My experience with Silverton Dental was so dissapointing that I would not recommend anyone to use their services.I went there to do a permanent filling and root canal on my left mauler. After one day the fillings came out after eating my sandwich for lunch and was in excrutiating pain for about two days.My tooth just needed a permanent filling which I asked for. I had to go back and ask if they could fix it because I couldnt sleep, eat and it was affecting my work performance .I went back the next day again which is very time consuming and I was loosing money.This same experience happened twice. I went back for the third time after being cery frustrated and in pain and I asked if they could fix the problem once and for all upon which they wanted more money from me without even following up if I was ok.I asled for another dentist because I had lost all my faith upon which they replied that I should go to another dentist but Ill have to pay again for yet another consultation.I was already behind on my monthly budget because of this and I couldnt get work done because I was either in the dentist chair or suffereing from excrutiating pain.I then decided to call the manager and she arranged for me to get it fixed because I couldnt go to another dentist because of my budget and where my work was located. She pnviously wanted me to pay again and I did.I went in for a forth time and the same result occurred over the next two days and im still in pain. They recieved my payment and they still havent followed up whether or not my pain was gone or if I’m ok.The worst of it all is that the dentist told me not to come back again, how’s that for Marketing.I am so dissapointed and wish that I never went there in the first place
