Nice place, usually always have what I need. Could be a bit better with customer service, just acknowledging customers who walk in when they are busy. I understand if they are busy with a different customer first but sometimes as a customer it isnt nice wondering if you have been noticed by staff and if you are just waiting for nothing.But otherwise they a really nice and helpful

Wow. What a wonderful store, the service is great I’d even say excellent. They go the extra mile for their customers.I called them about a mod I wanted they brought the mod closer to me in Montana the very next day, saving me the hustle of going to Centurian. After buying the mod later that day, the guy I talked to called me following up on request and making sure I’m satisfied .

The Vapery Montana is by far the best vape shop I have been to. Kyle assisted me in changing out my coil and even topping me up from their tester juices. The atmosphere is welcoming and Kyle invited me to pop by whenever just to relax and enjoy the air conditioning when I’m in the area... They really set the benchmark for customer service. What an awesome atmosphere... When I walked through the door the child in me immediately wanted to start playing pool, foosball and putt-putt. But I kept my cool and walked straight to the counter. I was greeted by a lovely young lady with the name Sebasti. After informing her about my lack of knowledge about vaping, she did a wonderful job of explaining the basics and assisted me in choosing a mod and tank that suited my needs. The poor girl showed the patience of a Buddhist monk while I tested almost every flavoured juice in the store until I found some that I enjoyed.An establishment I will frequent in the future.

Bit of a wait but staff are helpful when you get to them. Went out of their way to try find a glass to fit my serpent.

When i was at the vapery trying to get some flavors, i was served by a young lady by the name of tanya and a young guy behind the counter which were very friendly , and a other girl used the most crude language. I found this revolting and the vapery will not be seeing me ever again. The service behind the counters were great but im disgusted in the manner of crude language being used. The shop is really great with alot of flavors and great service, but the crude language is a huge turn off
