Ridiculously unprofessional. Supposed to meet at 8:30 (even though shop says it opens at 8) and arrived an hour late. Supposedly doing another job but drove past the shop in between the time he told me he was invoicing. Job quoted as maximum 3 hours. Only finished just before 4 after continually being told one hour more. Also went to get a part for three hours, conveniently during lunch.

I requested my garage door lock to be replaced. They used a hammer and a screwdriver to remove previous pop rivets which damaged the door. Then the new pop rivets used were too long so two out of four rivets are the wrong way round. This cost me R665 for service and a new lock. I most likely have to replace the garage door due to the hole caused by removing previous rivets. Drilling through the middle of a rivet is more effective and clean.
