One star for at least answering the phone. I made an appointment with Hannes to deliver the lock he would make the key for. Phoned him when I thought it was apparent he was not going to show up and lo and behold, he is on his way to an appointment. Was our arrangement not an appointment?? Made a new appointment for the next day and he doesnt pitch AGAIN. Honestly, I understand life happens, but I also feel you had my number, you couldve at least let me know I shouldnt waste my time.
