Good professional service and very sound advice

They received documentation from me that stated my new address on 13/11/2019. They never called me to explain how the legalities work after I asked them numerous to. I even added that I am young and need them to explain to me how things work. I never received a call to explain anything to me. They received more documentation from me 24/01/2020, which stated my new address again. They proceeded with debit orders for their services. 4 months thereafter they realised that with my new address they are out of my juristiction. They have known about my new address since last year November (6 months) Their only response. We will refund you some of your money Told me it is my fault that I did not inform them of my relocation. I have proof that they have known it for 6 months. When I confronted them on that matter, I was told the person that has woked on my account is no longer there. My legal matters has escalated and they have no remorse for putting me in this sitation. I wouldve had enough time to find new lawyers in my area if they had done their job in the first place.

Wow! The staff here is just nice
