Poor communication,staff members are short tempered,i am the one always calling them,my case is of 2016 but they can’t get me a trial date when calling them they always tell me the same that they are still compiling .I went to doctors 2018 and waited for a trial date since then,I’m not happy at all

Dont return call. Bad driving behaviour from employee in company vehicle.

Did not take on my sisters slip and fall claim. They made the assumtion that my sisters claim is less than the claims submitted in the High Court without even requesting Dr Bills etc. They informed her that they dont assist with Magistrates court cases.
