The service here is pathetic and very bad, to do testing you have to wait for an hour while the nurses are having a chat on the other side.I tried to raise this with them and they all laughed at me.If this is the service you pride yourselves with then you dont deserve to be running the covid-19 tests.Since I arrived here @15H30 with only three people in front of me and now its 16H45 still waiting...

Rang the bell.. ,knocked on the door for more than 5min still nothing.Called the landline ignored the first time,second time young lady picks up and says they cant hear the phone at the back.Must I come fix it for you guys or what,Simply unacceptable level of service or lack of.Saved by nurse susan dedman who got vein instantly.At least the nurse knows what she is doing.
