Johan and all the other employees bent over backwards to accommodate us after a misunderstanding lead to us arriving ,with a trunk full of test equipment, and no booking. This was my first experience at this type of facility and I was very impressed. The equipment is state of the art, the staff were helpful, friendly and very competent. Lunch was served and beverages were freely available during the day. This might seem trivial, but these types of test can take the whole day and are very labor and mental intensive. It is important to stay hydrated in order to be at your best. I will definitely make use of there services again

I have used many testing labs before, and with confidence I can say that the iSert lab is the best partner we have worked with in Southern Africa. They are professional, knowledgeable and happy to help however they can. Johan and Riaan gave us the valuable insights we needed both to pass our local ICASA requirements, and for our pre FCC testing, getting CE certification would have taken longer if it was not for this valuable input.
