My doughter is a lot more confident, she handles instances of bulying better just because she knows that she has the ability to defend herself if nessasary.The discipline in the Karate training is difficult to discribe in words, it has to be experienced. The ability to grade and progress through the belt colours is a big achievement for my daughter.The classes has a weln structured curriculum and is evenly balanced with fitness exercises.
