I bought a defender from this dealership. It broke down the day after driving out the door after going back in 5 days after purchase for minor alterations. Land Rover are not interested at all! A major engine component faulty and it’s all ‘for my own account’ apparently. No call backs, no follow up, no offer of a courtesy car, nothing. Once they have your money forget it. Quite shocking for such a big marque. Will go elsewhere in future, suggest you do the same
Good service from the service department. I was very impressed with the service advisors friendly willing nature and ultimately assisting me with an issue with car.
Front desk and new vehicles are super friendly and helpful. However, go up to the pre-owned section and there’s no assistance at all. The interior of the cars were filthy as well. I’ll take my money to a place where I am taken seriously thanks👍🏼
Terrible sales person in luxury car sector! I made a request about the new car and they responded on email. A week later I received a phone call from Jaguar and I have advised him that i am not interested and there is no need for further phone call. Within 30 minutes i received 3 missed and all of them ring for two seconds. I appreciate Jaguar follow up this matter, it is really discrediting the brand.
