Premium quality products that lasts less than a year with now warrentee or garrentee.We baught 6 taps earlier this year, all 6 are broken now. When we tried asking them for help on a replacement, as the taps did not even last a year. They said it was because of the winter freeze and we should just buy new ones. Was not even aware they were called water spot. Known them as SA Plasticor. Staff found to be very helpful since they moved them to commission basis, love it, cut wasting time and turnaround in getting in and out. Stock all farming irrigation equipment needed as well as piping and pumps too.

Good! Assistant wil walk with you though the shelf areas to help if you request it. Most of the parts are available

Prices are good and very competitive.I was looking for a new water computer for my garden irrigation. The young guy who was helping me showed me a special. Unit was marked down from R744 to R549.. I was happy and took it. When I paid the guy at the till charged me the R744. I said come look its on special. No he said that was a black Fri. price. Well its now 2 weeks later and your special price is still displayed and the sales guy showed me a special. No he said I must read...the price is R744. I said wake up, look there it shows special at R549.Guess what his reply was. You wake up and read...its R744 after asking for my money back, another gentleman said I could have it for the special price.Well if this had been my staff, I would have fired the young guy on the spot for replying...no you wake up. The special tag was large enough...disgusting.I will need to think about going there again.

Visited Centurion branch today to return a timer which i wait for more than a half an hour to receive the worst service from the manager. Where the manager has no sense of customer service uses inappropriate words and intentionally send a timer back to supplier where he tested and confirmed that the item works. He just do not want to refund the item.Secondly booked in a sprinkler unit 6-7 months ago where Ruan claims they cant help me as the unit got lost and he can not find the tracking information.
