KILLARNEY MALLAdmyt is being used for ticketless entry and exit to the customer car park. However, on Saturday I entered and the boom opened automatically and no ticket was issued, as usual.However, on exiting the boom didn’t open even though my Admyt account was debited. Lindiwe from Advanced parking insisted that I park the car, get a ticket issued and pay R8. This was supported by her two colleagues in the office.As a result, I was greatly inconvenienced and delayed.Octodec need to look after their customers a lot better. Killarney Mall is now my choice of last resort.Shame on you guys.
