Herotel........ Hero ROMEO !!!!!!!!!!Today I had the best man on the job at Herotel. After almost 3hours on the phone with me, Romeo stayed calm and assisted me with a printer set up issue. (myself the non techy; even managed to reset rooter) He went as far as google the printer name and how to manually put in the password. Thats the extra mile ........He even helped me via team viewer to set the printer as my default printer. (My personal IT guy) I really felt like he just took my call and did not give up!!!!! Thank you for the best and most professional assistance I have ever received in SA.

Worst customer service!!!We stay in a small town ,everywhere is Herotel ads. The majority of our neigbours and friends have Herotel. The only complaint from the people we know was the **** service that Herotel give. We decided to give Herotel a chance .2 weeks ago my husband contacted Herotel to get a quote and install Herotel into our home. The 1st sales person we spoke to informed us they will send someone out to where we stay to see why the sales people are having such problems with finishing our sale(PLEASE NOTE HEROTEL POLE IS STANDING IN MY GARDEN!!! Please explain as to why we cant get Herotel with your pole in my garden???????) 14 September 2021, I then phoned to see whats the hold up. I was assisted by a sales person( his name was Ruan). I then had to phone 5 times just to receive assistance every time I was told that Ruan would contact me back but he never did. Eventually the 15 September 2021 the morning I phoned and spoke to Ruan he told me that they need to deal with body co-operate due to the fact that we live in a complex .He informed me that the following Monday 20 September 2021 he would contact me. I phones to speak to Ruan but once again he was not available (PLEASE NOTE WE LIVE ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE COMPLEX MY NEIGHBOUR LIVING IN THE SAME OUTSIDE COMPLEX SITUATION AS I HAS HEROTEL BUT WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT) Ruan Informed me that they would send a guy out to our location to see whats going on. He the told me the guy is on leave??? Kindly explain to me how you only have that one field technician who is able to help? so when your field tech goes on leave Herotel client service stops as well??????. My husband phoned this morning 20 September 2021 and spoke to the complaints department . Now having spoken to 3 different people in 2 week no one is able to assist. Very poor service!!! We were informed by the complaint person that someone will come out to our house this week but it wont be today and probably not tomorrow. Can anyone assist me as the Herotel service department cannot manage new clients properly and the life of Herotel seems to hang in the balance of a technician on leave.

They used to be great. The service was top notch...but the last year theyve been going downhill. The internet speed just goes down for reason...same thing with the connection...and when you call technical they just say Ill take a look and call you back..they never call back. My internet is currently down...its been down for 3 hours Ive called them twice and still nothing. Dont waste your time.

Internet has gone off 2 times this week I teach online and everytime this happens I get a huge fine from my employers and all my classes are cancelled for 24 hours I lose so much money and still have to pay for this useless internet service. Here is a lesson on the power of reviews.I was about to place an order with Bronberg when I decided to read some user reviews. Despite having received what I felt was good & honest service from Emile - purely based on user reviews I decided not to follow through with the order.The reason for 3 stars is because Emiles service was good. I feel that he is an honest & trustworthy individual. Unfortunately he does not run the network. He is just a sales guy who has no power to resolve any issues that might arise down the line. If he did, I would probably have gone through with the order.Bronberg management - read the reviews you are getting and, more importantly, resolve the issues. Youre loosing business because of it.

Hi there Im so sick of you guys going off line at the weirdest times and constantly, I kept a log this week more then 9 times and now off again, you guys over charge people and have an unethical fair usage policy. mobile data is cheaper then you guys! We have been with your company for over 6 years but the last year or so your company really disappointed, its time to upgrade your plans to fit in with the rest, I really hope you guys start taking your clients seriously and service delivery as this is why companies close in the long run its not sustainable. Dear Bronberg Connect management team.I would like to voice my disappointment with your service or shall I say non existing service.This is pathetic for what we have to go through and non of your manager nor your senior staff has the audacity to even contact a client when I have been struggling to get support since 7:00 oclock on Saturday 1st August 2020 till now 16:30. I had to phone the support desk on the hour to get feedback on why our Fiber line internet connection is down and every time I have to hear that one of the manager will contact me in the next 5min. I have worked with many such providors and have mostly had really bad experiences. These guys on the other hand went out of their way to come and test my line of site for a WISP solution which they installed after educating me on my options as I am out of the City and in the bushveld. Every encounter I had with them was positive and they have a super quick reaction time compared to the bigger service providors. My Internet is quicker and more reliable than ever before and I really do not hesitate to recommend them. And I do not tolerate bad service and I am not easy to please, they have managed just that so huge kudos to Bronberg Connect

In general their service is not too bad. Have patches where there is no service, or it is very slow, even in the beginning of the month when data usage is refreshed. Their account department on the other hand is very ignorant and arrogant regarding their work, or should I say lacking in finding their mistake. They have allocated my payments to other clients and refuse to look for their mistakes. It costs me money to do their work for them and get bank statements as proof of payment! This has happened a few times.

I waited 2 weeks for them to come out to me which was fine but when i called the morning to confirm my appointment they said they are sorry but my area does not have line of sight so they wont be sending someone out to me. Why not just be honest from the start and not waste peoples time. Very dissapointed in the service i received and would not recommend it to anyone.

Use any other provider you can find. Initially we had no problems, but I have now been lied to more than once regarding my line speed, and why my internet speed is down - which happens at least once a month. The only positive feedback is that the support call centre staff is very friendly.

Wifi speed is NEVER what it should be according to our agreed contract package (which should be 5 mbs/s). It remains a recurring issue far too often and when we call, we are working on resolving your issue is always the reply. This is bordering on unacceptable. We are yet again on a speed of 0.14 mbs/s. Even if only ONE device is connected. And no, our dish did not move as you always suggest.Please try and work on this issue as being a customer is becoming rather unpleasant.

What an unprofessional company. Had them out to the house twice to secure a line of sight. Heard nothing from them the first time after numerous inquiries last year. Pitched at the house one Friday afternoon out of the blue for the second time this year. Had to make numerous inquiries again to confirm if it was possible for them to connect us. They sent out the necessary documentation and money was paid into their account end January. Appointment was scheduled for installation on the 7th February at a specific time as their is no one available during the day. This is confirmed. But to no avail what do they do. Come out to the house when their is no one although they phoned to find out if it was possible, there still was no one available to help them. Is that not why you schedule an appointment?? They came out the next day again?Guess what? No one available again. When we phoned to confirm when they would come out to the house when someone is available to assist them, their answer is that they are fully booked for the next two weeks. Now remember these people have already been paid for a service that is non existent. Eventually we had organised a date and time that would suit both parties. Today was the day that everything would change regarding internet services. Or so we thought, only to be informed after many frustrating phone calls and emails that they DO NOT HAVE A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT.!! Could this not have been established with both two visits?According to our experience, this company has no idea what customer service entails. They are irresponsible with the handling of their potential clients inquiries. I actually read some of the reviews on Hello Peter as well, and was shocked at their customer service. Congratulations to the clients who are happy with their service.

Very unreliable internet connection .Its just disconnects with no warning, sometimes while Im busy with an online test which automatically submits 30 minutes after being opened.I now have to use my backup vodacom router when doing anything school related to make sure I dont end up failing online assignments because of bad wifi.

How disappointing. i have been a client of Bronberg for a while now. Way more than a year maybe even more than two. I had a good experience with them until now. So here is my story:I requested a reallocation for my wifi to my new address for end of February 2019. I was instructed to give as much time beforehand as possible because they had to do a line of sight test and also to ensure there would be technicians available. I also prefer it that way for then we would have wifi already as we moved into our new address. I did as requested and the appointment for reallocation was scheduled. However on the day of the reallocation, the technician removed my wifi from my previous address but when he came to my new address it was brought to my attention that there was no line of site done beforehand. there were no line of site for me and the tower that my wifi can pick up is to crowded so they are not allowed to connect me to that tower. And then they left. I tried to sort it out but the only option they gave me is to wait for a tower upgrade (which they dont know how long it would take but it wont be soon) or just look for another company to assist me. The funny thing is that my new neighbor is using Bronberg, because we told them about the good service we received from them. Just to find out that we were dumped like trash. I dont think that this is the kind of service than anyone deserves. I would like for someone from Bronberg to contact me and give me a sulloution on this problem for we are still without wifi. Maybe then I will change my review. But im not getting my hopes up again.

Terrible service! The internet is constantly slow or non existent. After sending them email after email, it takes them a couple of days to fix their issues and they never fix it properly, then they give you attitude to boot.EDIT: The issue was half resolved. I can now access websites without having to wait 5 mins for them to load, but couldnt get through a live Facebook video at 4 am today without it buffering every couple of seconds. Eventually I had to abandon it because I couldnt keep track with all the pausing.

There is too many complaints regarding this company , I will never recommend their services. After raising various concerns with lots of people in various departments I was directed to a senior person that is also not even giving his part , their prices have gone crazy high plus they bill you for work not done. With many service related issues we are so up to it and only making use of the service as we already laid out so much for it , its rather a pity to have invested into a business that is run poorly & customer services to be rather non existent , its pointless saying sorry if the same things occur over and over . The 1 star rating is overrated , they dont even deserve it! Things take forever to be sorted and when you ask for proof no one bothers to get back to you , hence they quick with an invoice but when it comes to service there is forever problems.

When the internet works, it is ok. We have a 10mb line but the most Ive ever had is about 8. The customer service is good and quick to try and assist, but that is as far as the good things go. Technicians are usually slow. We have had 2 realignments and are waiting for a 3rd one now since the speed is 1mb download and 0.5 upload at best. The wifi is also unreliable and extremely unstable. And every time they have to reallign it is extra expenses. I want to love them due to the friendliness of their staff, but the shoddy internet quality and slow response times makes it impossible.Edit: they were quick to respond and i can see they are improving. Their staff is still friendly as always and after the immediate response there might be hope yet. Give them a try, they surprised me pleasantly.

If you can at all avoid using this service do so - we spend a huge amount of time on the phone with their support department trying to sort out our internet.They always have some excuse, this time they switched off the internet without any warning to do updates to the high site.With cloud p.o.s and accounting and VOIP phones, no internet means no business.Still we get charged R3000 a month for these services that only works half of the time.If fibre was available yet for our business we would have moved away from this a long time ago but unfortunately we are stuck with them.

Pathetic service. Sales department does not communicate with the Accounts department. Nobody takes responsibility or ownership of work. My ticket just get reassigned to the next staff member. I have phoned to upgrade my account from a 4Mbps to an 8Mbps. Accepted the quote 24 hours later and nothing has happened. Phoned 7 times the next day to hear what is happening and I just get false promises and transferred to another department. Very disappointed and would not recommend them as an ISP.

Really good internet - I am on a 4Mbps and I actually get that speeds, Latency is also great locally. Value for money becomes evident when you have a problem with the internet and they attempt to resolve it. they really quick to respond and typically fix issues within a day. Great customer service and a call center till 11pm. What more can you ask for?

This is the Telkom of wireless internet. It is unclear how long it takes for them to reply to a support ticket as I am still waiting days later. Speeds are inconsistent and drop to 0.14kb/s on a supposedly 10mb/s line speed. They will be the first company to setup that debit order though & aslong as you pay you will get no support. Ironically the speed sucks with a slogan like that.
