Just received an advertisement from this company again after 7 months of the most horrendous service I have ever received. They have not only damaged two very expensive designer chairs they worked on, but they completely refused to engage further with me after I discussed my initial concerns. I paid thousands for work they have done and while initially, my encounter with them was very friendly and positive (before they started with the work), every single person at the company that I spoke to after the manager, Elzabe, totally ignored my emails and WhatsApps once I raised my concerns, failed to follow up or respond. I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. I give them 1 star only because I am forced to select a star before posting, but they are not even worth 1 star!

An absolute nightmare. Work never finish on time. The client is not the most important person but chasing new business.

Absolutely terrible, no business ethics, no sense, the way they work is completely chaotic, say one thing and does another, does not stand to agreements and voids terms and conditions to their liking.
